Horne President COVER 750 EAST PRATT STREET HIGHRISE Inner Harbor, Baltimore MD This unique building adds to the beautiful Inner Harbor Waterfront skyline in Baltimore Maryland as does the Harbor Court Towers Highrise on page 6. This project included application of a Carlisle hot fluid-protected membrane roof system with concrete pavers and ballast on the highrise roof areas up to level 21 and single ply roof systems at various low levels. 2

3 CLARION HOTEL This project is just one of many standing seam roof systems completed by Allied Roofing & Sheetmetal, Inc. including all new matching soffit, trims and gutters. MARKET SQUARE PLAZA (HIGHRISE) Adding to Harrisburg's center city skyline, this highrise includes several levels of parking garage under the tower of offices to the 20th level roof. Our roof systems included a white heat-welded system over the main roof and a curved standing seam system over the penthouse. HARRISBURG UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY A 110 long structural glass skylight fabricated and installed by Allied supplies light to all levels of the school at the center of the building while the white heat welded TPO Roof system will furnish many years of energy efficient weather protection. 3

Over the years, I personally helped to engineer the 1.7 million sq. ft. eastern distribution center, back cover, as well as many of the smaller projects throughout this brochure. Roser Vice President SUSQUEHANNA MARKET PLACE SHOPPING CENTER This new shopping center consisted of EPDM and TPO single ply roof systems, standing seam accent roofs throughout, and a decorative terra cotta entrance roof. THE NEWBERRY MALL COMPLETE RE-ROOFING Etters, PA A new single ply roof system was installed on this entire shopping center after Allied removed the existing roofing and performed extensive repairs to or replacement of deteriorated roof deck. 5

6 WASHINGTON SUBURBAN SANITARY COMMISSION Laurel, MD This project involved extensive grade & below grade waterproofing as well as a protected membrane roofing assembly on the tower. However, the low roofs on each side of the building are extremely unique in that the colored gravel was brought in from several states to create that specified mirror-image design which represents a dry riverbed. THE TOWERS AT HARBOR COURT This project included, as many have, extensive waterproofing on both the parking garage and the interior of the building. The hotel, parking garage, and 28-story condominium together illustrate our breadth and capabilities. U S F & G Bentonite waterproofing and drainage board encapsulate the foundation and under ground parking garage - traffic topping protects the parking garage surface - and, single ply EPDM roof system protects the interior of this unique glass building. 6
