2 Course Highlights Certified Professional Coach-training Program (CPCP) is an Accredited Coach Training Program authorized by International Coach Federation (ICF), and authored and conducted by Dr. Paul Jeong (ICF Master Certified Coach) and Global Coaching Company/Asia Coach Center. The Program, consisting of a total of 125 hours, covers the basis required for becoming a coach as well as the contents relating to commercial coaching and management coaching. Graduates of CPCP* are then eligible to apply for becoming either an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC) awarded by ICF, upon completing the mentor coaching session and exam, plus certain practical coaching hours. They can proceed to become internationally certified professional coaches. This Program is a perfect blend of scientific talent development techniques in the West as well as the spirit and culture in the East, allowing the participants to master the core skills in key areas such as career coaching, commercial coaching, and management coaching flexibly and effectively. 3 Trainer Dr. Paul Jeong Dr. Paul Jeong is one of the pioneers of the coaching industry in Asia, and is the only coach in the world holding both Master Certified Coach (MCC) awarded by International Coach Federation (ICF) and Master Certified Coach (MCC) by The International Association of Coaching (IAC).
