2 INTELLECT COACHING PROGRAM Coaching Program is the FIRST coaching program in the World approved by the ICF to be delivered in Arabic. Our program is a 71 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours(ACSTH). created the coaching program based on the International Coach Federation core competencies (Page 4) and customized the whole program to fit with the Arab culture and requirements. During this program the participants will have the chance to practice what they learn under professional supervision. The in-class supervised coaching session is a great way to learn the coaching skills and gaining to confidence required to start the coaching practice.
