3 Oregon s Health CO-OP Logging in For Electonic Payments You can get to the payment processing site in one of three ways: 1) Go directly to 2) Go to and select Pay My Bill at the top 3) Go to and select Member Sign In at the top. From this link you can select either: a. New 2015 Member Portal, or b. Update or Edit User Profile If you go directly to the site in 1) above, you will see the following screen. If you are already registered click the link below the Already registered, otherwise complete the information under the Member Verification section. 3

4 In 2) above, go to and click on the Pay My Bill link It will bring up the page below. Click on Get Started Here. This will take you to the site displayed above in 1). Note: if you are a group administrator with a group effective in 2014, select the get started here link under 2014 Groups. 4

5 If you go to and click on the Member Sign In link, you will be directed to a page to either select 3a) or 3b) as mentioned above. 5

6 If you select 3a), you will be routed to the 2015 Member Portal: Once in the Member Portal, click on the Member Payments Link, this will take you to the page in 1) above. 6

7 If you select 3b), you will be routed to the page in 1) above. You will be directed to the following page: 7

8 Oregon s Health CO-OP Creating Payment Profile Once logged-in you will see your Dashboard. Select $ Pay My Bill from the top blue bar. This will take you to your Account Summary page. Select the Payments tab along the top, and Profiles to establish either the credit card or bank account you would like to use. Note: If you are logging in as a group administrator, you will see a slightly different Summary page and will select Bill Payment from the top bar. All other steps are similar. Select either Add Card or Add ACH : 8

9 If you select Add Card the below screen will show, complete the highlighted fields and select next The following confirmation screen will appear, either select previous to make corrections or submit 9

10 If you select Add ACH the below screen will show, complete the highlighted fields and select next The following confirmation screen will appear, either select previous to make corrections or submit 10

11 Oregon s Health CO-OP Set-up Recurring Payments Once you have established your payment method in your Profile, Select Payment and Recurring In the Payment tab, click on Add Recurring Payment : 11

12 In the recurring payment screen, complete the highlighted fields below, choose your saved credit card or bank account (nick name you supplied in profile steps above will appear below). Then select the Next Button. If you use either Credit/Debit Card or Prepaid Card, the screen below will appear. Your saved information will populate in the fields. If correct, select next 12

13 Review your information and either select previous to correct, or submit once all information is correct. You will receive a confirmation screen as follows: 13

14 If you select Bank Account, the screen below will appear. Your saved ACH/Bank account information will prepopulate the fields, select next Review your information and either select previous to correct, or submit once all information is correct. 14

16 Oregon s Health CO-OP Set-up One-Time Payments Select the Payments tab and the Make a Payment option: Enter the amount of the payment and choose your saved credit card or bank account (nick name you supplied in profile steps above will appear below). Then select the Next Button. 16

17 If you use either Credit/Debit Card or Prepaid Card, the screen below will appear. Your saved information will populate in the fields. If correct, select next Validate your information and select Next : 17

18 The following confirmation screen will appear. If all information is correct, select Submit : You will receive a confirmation screen like the following: 18

19 If you use Bank Account / ACH, the screen below will appear. Your saved information will populate in the fields. If correct, select next Validate your information and select Next : 19
