3 1. Installation and Un-installation guide 1.1. How to install the extension What are the system requirements? An E-commerce store created using Magento Compatibility: Magento CE x, EE 1.8.x x Steps to follow while installing the extension Get ANZ egate extension from Miloplc Magento-extension store: Unzip the module and copy the folder structure in your store. Your Magento store installation should contain a folder structure like this: o root/magento/app o root/magento/skin ANZ egate Connect module contains a similar folder structure so you just have to copy the module s folders and upload them on server in Magento store installation Go to the administration area. Log in and go to System Configuration. Look for ANZ egate option under the Payment tab on the left hand side of configuration. If you find it, then the extension is installed successfully Un-installation and urgent deactivation How to uninstall/deactivate the extension Delete files and folders o app/code/community/indies/anz o app/code/local/milople/support o app/etc/modules/indies_anz.xml o app/etc/modules/milople_support.xml o skin/adminhtml/default/default/images/milople/milople_extensions.png How to deactivate the extension in case of emergency Make sure you have uploaded all the files from the downloaded package. Then replace <active>true</active> with <active>false</active> in the following file: o app/etc/modules/indies_anz.xml o app/etc/modules/milople_support.xml Refresh the cache from admin panel and if something goes wrong, please submit a Support Ticket to If you find something wrong, but still you need to access the Admin Panel, Go to System Cache Management and flush Cache Storage even if it s off. How to configure the extension After you ve successfully installed ANZ egate extension, follow these steps to configure it in your store: Open ANZ egate Connect module settings page from System Configuration Payment Fill up all the fields on the right side under the tab named ANZ egate. Configuration field in detail: ANZ egate Field Name Description Input Value Serial Key Serial key provided by us that will activate the full version of the module Alpha numeric serial key Title The text you want to display on the checkout page when buyer selects the payment method Text field Enabled Enable or disable the module Yes/No 2.2. Open ANZ egate Connect module settings page from System Configuration Payment Enabling test Mode as yes will allow store owners to test the orders through ANZ egate How to set the status of the new order placed? Open ANZ egate Connect extension settings page from System Configuration Payment Select from the options available i.e either Processing or Pending Payment 4

5 2.4. How to insert Security Hash code, Merchant ID, Access Code? Go to ANZ egate Connect module settings page from System Configuration Payment Security hash code, Merchant ID and Access Code are provided to store merchant during the time of purchase of gateway 2.5. How to redirect URL after placing order? After placing the order user gets redirected to the URL Store Admin sets from the backend Go to ANZ egate Connect module settings page from System Configuration Payment 2.6. How to select Action for ANZ egate Connect? Open ANZ egate Connect module settings page from System Configuration Payment Choose the appropriate option from the drop down box i.e either Authorise or Authorise and Capture Authorize option will authorize the credit card and the amount will not be captured at a time. The amount of payment will be freezed by the time and can t be used for other payments or transactions. Authorise and Capture option will authorize and capture the amount of payment instantly How to select countries for ANZ egate Connect? Select specific/all countries for ANZ egate Connect extension Go to ANZ egate Connect module settings page from System Configuration Payment 5
