Magento Cache In the Magento admin console, select System from the top menu Cache Management Refresh all the Magento configurations by checking Select All, choosing Refresh in the Actions dropdown and hitting the Submit button to. 7.1 Disable Magento Cache (if the above wasn t fruitful) Disable all caching by checking Select All, choosing Refresh in the Actions dropdown and hitting the Submit button. 7.2 Manually Delete Cache (if the above still wasn t fruitful) Find the Magento root directory and remove the var directory files Specifically delete the following directory /tmp/magento/var/full_page_cache 8. Magento Flat Catalog Product Magento Flat Catalog Product feature does not work well with the full text search feature of InstantSearch+ for Magento. Follow these intstructions to disable it: In Magento Admin go to System Configuration Catalog Frontend Disable Use Flat Catalog Product 10. Reinstall from the Extension after SQL cleanup Uninstall InstantSearch+ from Magento Admin Configuration Connect Manager Open your Magento Database. E.g. cpanel phpmyadmin Magento Database SQL Tab Run the following query: select * from core_resource where code='autosuggest_setup' If the row exist, delete it using the UI Disable Magento caching (see section 6 above) Install InstantSearch+ using Magento Connect Still broken?
