Ask a Reservationist about International Toll-Free Service and you will be provided with access numbers for each country to forward to your international dialers. When participants dial the number, they will be greeted by a U.S. Operator and joined to the conference. ITFS can be combined with a wide range of features available with Operator Assisted conferencing. Your participants won t get saddled with calling cards, hotel surcharges or expensive long-distance charges. A U.S. Operator dials-out to your international participants and connects them to the conference. While making a reservation, provide us with the name and telephone number of each international participant. You designate the time and we make the call. It s easy! Dial-Out is offered on Operator Assisted or Reservationless-Plus audio conferencing platforms. Select our branding option an Operator will reference your company name when joining parties together. Dial-Out guarantees high-quality line connections. It also helps get your meeting started on time. International participants won t pay long-distance charges, and there is no need for the leader to distribute telephone numbers. International participants dial a standard U.S. telephone number (area code 706) to join the conference. Request a International Dial-In before your first international conference. You will receive a standard U.S. telephone number for your international participants to dial. Participants are responsible for long-distance charges. Toll Dial-In can be combined with other features on our Operator Assisted or Reservationless-Plus audio conferencing platforms. Your telephone number never changes participants can use the same number from anywhere in the world. With only one number to remember, Toll Dial-In is great for participants who travel from country to country.

5 4 INTERNATIONAL LINKS If your international business partners host their own conferences in addition to joining yours, are ideal. They ll always deal with one call center whether the conference takes place in their part of the world or in the U.S. Participants dial into a call center in their region of world at the designated date and time. An international Operator links participants to the U.S. conference. At least 24 hours before the conference, contact your Sales Representative or a Reservationist. You will receive access numbers for your participants to dial. Links connect to our Operator Assisted audio platform, which allows them to be used with a wide range of features.
