Outbound Roaming Solution enables mobile operators to piggyback the extensive global roaming footprint of TI Sparkle s sponsor network - comprising of more than 600 operators worldwide - without having to set up multiple bilateral roaming relationships. 17 SERVICE DESCRIPTION The Sparkle solution consists of three components: Analysis, which allows customers to keep control over the anomalies of the traffic flowing from their networks to the Sparkle network. Real-time computing of the more significant metrics (volume of traffic, ASR, ALOC); reports and graphs allow the user to identify unusual traffic behaviors. Alerting, that sends an ed alarm to the customer as soon as some of the traffic parameters exceed the predefined thresholds. Blocking, can be automatically programmed, when thresholds of interest are exceeded, or performed manually by the customer directly when abnormal situations are reported by the Alerting function. The product offers analysis capabilities for both CLIs as well as called numbers, with specific tools and reports. Each threshold is defined by the user and can be changed according to a monitoring cycle of 6, 12 or 24 hours, which re-sets automatically at the end of the previous cycle. The simultaneous analysis of the traffic of different operators offers the opportunity to exchange information and data among them, allowing for the discovery of anomalous traffic situations on numbers belonging to each operator which are roaming on the network of the other.
