Facultad de Derecho, Universidad de Valencia, Spain. Communications Communications to be presented at the Working Groups 1 and 2 are welcomed. They must address any of the matters suggested in the programme or other closely related matters. The proposals for communications must be submitted in one of the official languages of the congress Spanish, English, French and must indicate the Working Group in which they choose to be presented. Proposals for communications may not exceed one thousand words. The deadline for presentation of the proposals for communications is 25 September Submitted proposals for communications will be evaluated by the congress scientific committee, which will decide which ones are accepted for presentation at the relevant Working Group. The decision of the scientific committee will be made public by October 10, Accepted communications may be presented at the relevant Working Group for maximum time of 10 minutes. The presentation of communications may be done only in Spanish or English. Accepted and presented communications may be chosen for publication in the book that will contain the proceedings of the congress by the scientific committee. The scientific committee will issue instructions for the publication of the presentations and communications made at the congress. Languages The languages of the congress will be Spanish, English and French. Simultaneous translation Spanish><English and Spanish><French will be provided. 6

The cost of the first type is 20; the cost of the second type is 45. Once the registration is completed, there will be no refunds. Diploma Registered attendants to the congress will be provided with a diploma of attendance. The attendance to this activity does not grant ECTS credits. 7
