SRMHCAT-2015 a Nationwide Entrance Examination would be held through online as well as offline mode, candidates can choose their exam mode as per their preference and convenience. Successful candidate of SRMJEEE will also be eligible for admission in to SRM University Haryana subject to the condition that the Haryana Domicile Scholarship is restricted to SRMHCAT applicants alone. Request for Change of Examination Centers:- Request for change of any center will not be entertained at all. Use of Calculator and Communication Aids:- Use of electronic devices like mobile phone, calculator etc. are NOT PERMITTED. (a) For appearing in written test: Candidates must have passed 12 th Standard or equivalent examination, recognized by State or Central Education Board. He/she must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology* as core subjects in 12 th Standard. *Eligible for admission in B.Tech-Bioinformatics only. LL.B., M.A (English), M.A (Economics), M.Lib.I.Sc and MBA - Candidate must have passed graduation or an equivalent examination in any discipline from a UGC recognized University with 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates applying for three year LLB Programme must have passed graduation or an equivalent examination in any discipline from a UGC recognized University with 50% marks in aggregate.the candidates who have appeared in final year qualifying examination in 2015 and awaiting result can also appear in this examination. M.Sc Microbiology(Pharmaceutical)- Candidate must have passed graduation or an equivalent examination in any field of Life Sciences/ Microbiology/Biology/Biotechnology/and Medical Laboratory Technology from a UGC recognized University with 50% marks in aggregate. M.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) - Candidate must have passed Bachelor s degree in Engineering / Technology or an equivalent degree in an appropriate area or M.Sc (Computer Science/Information Technology) or MCA and must have obtained 50% marks in aggregate. M.Tech (CE / Structural Engineering)**- Candidate must have passed Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering / Technology and must have obtained 50% marks in aggregate. M.Tech Biotechnology (Pharmaceutical / Industrial) **- Candidate must have passed Bachelor s degree in biotechnology/b.pharmacy/ M.Sc Biosciences /Biochemistry /Chemistry / Biotechnology /Microbiology/Bioinformatics/Life sciences and must have obtained 50% marks in aggregate. The candidates who have appeared in final year qualifying examination in 2015 and awaiting result can also appear in this examination. Ph.D. - Candidate must have passed Post graduation in the relevant discipline from a UGC recognized University with 50% marks in aggregate. However an applicant with M.Phil/CSIR-UGC/JRF/NET cleared in the relevant subject is exempted from Entrance test. SRMHCAT-2015 Application Form:- Candidate can purchase the application form for SRMHCAT 2015 from the following Approved sale centers by making a payment of 950 (Rs. Nine hundred and fifty only) either as cash or as Demand Draft in favour of SRMIST payable at New Delhi. 1. The aspiring candidates should furnish all the details and upload scanned image of his/her photograph and signature while filling up the On-line Application. Candidates are required to take a print out of computer generated acknowledgment slip after successful submission of data and payment of fees and keep the same in the safe custody for any future reference. SRMHCAT-2015 Admit-card:- SRMHCAT-2015 Admit-card can be downloaded from university official website www.srmuniversity.ac.in from 20 th May 2015 onwards, if you have submitted the application form successfully (both online/offline). On obtaining the Admit-card, it must be verified carefully. SRMHCAT-2015 Result:- SRMHCAT-2015 result will be declared on 10 th June 2015. Admission into the all courses will be purely on merit & rank obtained in SRMHCAT-2015 and the availability of the seat in the specific branch. Twenty Five Percent (25%) of the seats in each branch is reserved for Haryana Domicile on their performance in SRMHCAT-2015 and as per the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006 as amended by Act 8 of 2013.
