Partner Portal User Procedures The help topics below are included in this document: Overview Self-Registration (First Time Users) Enrolling in an Application Accessing an Application (Once Enrolled) Signing In / Out Changing a Password Resetting a Password Contact Information Overview The La-Z-Boy Partner Portal enables authorized partners to use a single sign-on to easily access multiple La-Z-Boy applications via a centralized Web portal. Consider the following benefits: No need to log into individual applications separately. Only a single login ID and password is required to access multiple applications. No need to remember and maintain multiple user IDs and passwords. Partners have the ability to self-register and reset passwords as needed. Self-Registration (First Time Users) 1 Open your Web browser program. 2 Type http://partner.la-z-boy.com/sso in the Web browser address bar to access the portal. SSO_procedures rev21.doc 2
3 On the User Self-Registration page, complete the User Information and Password Recall Questions as instructed on the screen. 4 Click the Submit button. The system processes the information and the main portal page displays. Important! Please use the following information when creating a new password: Passwords: Can only be changed once every 24 hours. Must contain at least 7 characters. Must have at least 1 number or a special character. Must not have been used previously Must be changed every 75 days. You will receive a reminder 5 days before your password expires Note If you attempt to sign in with an expired password, the system will automatically direct you to the Change Password page. Enrolling in an Application 1 On the main portal page, click Enroll in the top main menu, and then click the name of an application to which you have access privileges. SSO_procedures rev21.doc 4
2 On each application s Enrollment page, type your application Login ID and Password. 3 Click the Submit button. The system validates the information and the main portal page displays with the application name displayed as choice in the top main menu. Important! From this point forward, access the application by clicking the name of the application in the top main menu in the portal. 4 Repeat this process to enroll in other applications as needed. Accessing an Application (Once Enrolled) 1 Sign in to the portal. This will validate you as an authorized user. 2 On the main portal page, click the name of the application you wish to access in the top main menu. The system processes the information and the desired application opens. Signing In / Out Signing In 1 On the La-Z-Boy Partner Sign-In page, type your Login ID and Password. 2 Click the Sign-In button. The main portal page displays. SSO_procedures rev21.doc 5
Signing Out 1 Exit the application in which you have been working. 2 Click Sign Out in the top main menu. The La-Z-Boy Partner Sign-In page displays. 3 Close your Web browser program. Changing a Password 1 On the main portal page, click Chg Pwd in the top main menu. The Change Password page displays. SSO_procedures rev21.doc 6
2 On the Change Password page, type your current password in the Current Password field. 3 Type your new password in the New Password field, and then Retype the New Password to confirm it. 4 Click the Submit button. A confirmation message displays. SSO_procedures rev21.doc 7
Resetting a Password 1 On the La-Z-Boy Partner Sign-In page, click Forgot Your Password? The Verify Login ID page displays. SSO_procedures rev21.doc 8
2 On the Verifying Login ID page, type your Login ID, and then click the Submit button. The system validates the information and the Reset Password page displays. 3 On the Reset Password page, answer two of the Password Recall questions you provided when registering. 4 Type your new password in the New Password field, and then retype the new password to confirm it. 5 Click the Submit button. A confirmation message displays. 6 Click the Go to Login link. The Sign-In page displays. 7 Sign in to the portal using your new password.
