MIB Application Guide The dead line of the application is on the 24 th April 2013. The requested documents for the application are : Curriculum vitae All your diploma since the baccalauréat or equivalent included Current student card or certificate of this running year of study MIB Writing work (to download on the application process) Your application file (recapitulative, to download on the application process) Requested surveys (to download on the application process) DALF certificate and Campus France number for not French student only TOEIC or TOEFL score recommended and highly appreciated (not mandatory) Recommendation letters (not mandatory) NOTE : The final application is electronic, so think to scan on a PDF format all these requested elements. Please follow the following steps to make your application to the MIB. I. Download the application file : STEP 1 Go in the dauphine application tool : https://candidatures.dauphine.fr/candidatures/stylesheets/welcome.faces To create your application form, you need to click on the box Création de votre dossier :
STEP 2 If you are a Dauphine Student already First search your INE code (Identifiant National Etudiant) on your former student cards or on your diploma since the «Baccalauréat». When you have this 11 characters code, fill the first box and click Valider : If you have never been a Dauphine student Click on the second box to create your application file and validate by clicking on the Créer un dossier button: 2
STEP 3 Fill the mandatory fields describing your personal information (name, contact address ) and fill the fields about your former studies, to validate the information, click on Suivant button. Title Last Name First Name Birth Date Country of birth Personal information form 3
Baccalauréat form Note : If you don t have the French baccalauréat diploma (which is equivalent to the High School Diploma or A- Levels), select the equivalency of your country (BAC européen or BAC international) or select sans baccalauréat if you don t have any equivalency. Please now fill the diploma you obtained after the high school diplome/baccalauréat: Former diploma form Note : Click on the Ajouter button to add one by one all your diplomas. A Licence or Master degree is under the name Diplôme Universitaire Then for the final validation, click on the suivant button and then again on Cliquez- ici. 4
Congratulations! Your profile has now been created (you will received a confirmation email) : STEP 4 Now we will download the MIB application file : 5
On the page click on Continuer pour sélectionner une formation Click now on the «Faire un choix» button. Click on: Master Gestion Management et Organisation Master 2 Master of International Business Management and NCT Projects - professionnel (Apprentissage) 6
Check the box of the second Master of the list and then click on «Candidater». Confirm your choice by clicking on «Valider mes choix». STEP 5 First download the summary of your application form by clicking on «Télécharger mon récapitulatif». Then download all the document that you need to fill : 7
Campus_france.doc : if you are not a French student Questionnaire_general_M2.doc : General Survey Questionnaire_langues_L3M1_M2_magisteres.doc : Survey on your languages M5233G.doc : Questions to answer Fill these documents and save them on a PDF format. Think to gather all the other requested documents: - Scholarship certificate - CV - Diplomas obtained - Notes from every semesters since the baccalauréat (Licence 1, 2, 3, Master 1...) - etc II. Upload your application files and requested documents STEP 1 Once you have gathered all the requested documents, return on the homepage and go to the box called Dépôt de votre dossier and click on the button Accéder au dépôt des dossiers. 8
Fill your application number and birthdate : Click on the entrer button to upload the requested files. Note : You can also put the names of 3 persons who will be contacted to give you recommendation letters. It can be professionals from your previous internships or professors from your previous establishments. 9
Upload all the requested documents in a pdf format : Once you have uploaded all the documents, a green check appears. 10
After clicking on Valider, your application has been sent to the administration. Congratulations! Now, you will have to wait to receive an email from the administration that will state if your application has been selected for the face- to- face interviews. 11
