4 Master of Finance at National Research University Higher School of Economics and Master in Management, Corporate Finance specialization at Ecole supérieure des sciences commerciales d'angers About the program The program is developed for students of Financial Markets and Financial Institutions program of National Research University Higher School of Economics. The goal of the program is the preparation of highly qualified specialists in the field of finance and management. 4

5 Enrolment Students may be enrolled in the double degree program only after the successful admission to the Financial Markets Program at NRU HSE. Education on this double degree program is fee based. The tuition fee for the ESSCA part of the program is 4150 euros per semester. The level of tuition fees is reviewed each year by the Conseil d administration de l ESSCA. ESSCA will inform of the level of tuition fees for NRU HSE students in the February (prior to the September when the students are expected to start). Selection Criteria The selection is based on proven knowledge of English (the international certificates of TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, etc.) and GMAT test scores or the results of the alternative SHL test provided by ESSCA. Students are also required to provide a copy of the bachelor's degree certificate (in English), a study transcript of the 1st year completed at NRU HSE, two references from professors at NRU HSE, a motivation letter, copy of a passport. Students should participate in Skype interview. The deadline for submission of the documents is the 10th of July. Structure of the program 1st and 2nd Semesters NRU HSE, Moscow (1st of September 30th of June); 3rd Semester ESSCA, Budapest (1st of September 30th of December), Introduction Week starts on 27-28th August; 4th Semester NRU HSE, Moscow (1st of January 30th of June), Internship. 5th Semester ESSCA, Angers (1st of September 30th of December, Introduction Week starts on 28th of August), Study and the thesis preparation at ESSCA. In order to obtain a degree at NRU HSE, Moscow students must achieve minimum 120 ECTS credits (minimum 60 ECTS credits during the first year and minimum 60 ECTS credits during the second year including the internship and master s thesis). In order to obtain a degree at ESSCA students must achieve minimum 122 ECTS credits: 24 ECTS credits are provided by NRU HSE, Moscow after the first year and 98 ECTS credits are provided by ESSCA (including the internship and master s thesis). 5
