GA PBL PURPLE DAY Fall 2014 Purple Day was a Success! West Georgia Technical College-Douglas Campus Phi Beta Lambda is excited and pleased to have had so many supporters show up for purple day in our favorite color! The purpose of this event was to show our support to the March of Dimes in their mission to ensure full-term pregnancies and prevent premature health risks. According to marchofdimes.org, around 450,000 babies are born premature every single year. We are thrilled to have our community come together in awareness and love for these babies.
