2 ABOUT WOMEN S SOCIETY OF CYBERJUTSU Women s Society of Cyberjutsu (WSC), is a 501(c)3 organization serving hundreds of women across the globe by bringing an awareness towards the lack of women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) careers, more specifically cyber security. We are a community of: cyber security and information assurance professionals and college students, information technology and network technicians, programmers and developers, computer scientists and software engineers, as well as women curious to explore and join these fields. Furthermore, we understand the importance of encouraging girls to embrace a future in STEM professions. Our program, Cyberjutsu Girls Academy (CGA), provides a unique experience for girls. Workshops are filled with hands-on technically driven curriculum that focuses on securing technology and innovating new ideas to support our futures. 7 ANNUAL SIGNATURE EVENTS Cyberjutsu Awards Dinner Women in Cyber Security Day Our annual awards dinner brings over 100+ men and women together to celebrate women in cybersecurity and technology around the area. At this event, we recognize a handful of women who have made a profound impact on our community in the previous year. This event is usually held during the second week of August. Cyberjutsu Girls Academy Graduation This is the culmination of the Cyberjutsu Girls Academy program. We acknowledge and recognize the achievements of our girls. Families, friends, volunteers, instructors, and sponsors come together to celebrate and see a showcase of what the girls learned. This event is usually held the first Saturday in June.

11 TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Women in Tech Empowerment Panel Our annual panel discussion brings together a superstar squad of trailblazing women in cybersecurity and technology fields. This event provides our community with necessary insight into establishing and developing the paths toward successful careers. Cyberjutsu Girls Academy This nine month long program brings girls ages together one weekend a month to learn about STEM-related topics with a focus on security. During this time, the girls are encouraged to dream big and never stop striving for success. CGA starts in October and runs through June each year. Monthly Cybersecurity Workshops From penetration testing techniques to digital forensics, WSC offers cyber security workshops both in person and online. These workshops consist of about 90% hands-on learning with the other 10% for theory and concepts. These workshops occur the first Saturday of each month. TEQ TALK Quarterly TeqTalks Once a quarter, we get together and highlight emerging research of industry professionals and college students. It s a fun night to network and hear about interesting new topics.
