Prepared Expressly for YOU. Introduction 2013 delight customers - success will follow

Qualifications Capabilities Approach Clients Get Started YOUR BRAND IS WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU DO. History The birth of the Delightability philosophy actually began in 1987 but wasn t fully realized until 2009 when Greg Olson and Greg Hill formed an independent boutique agency. Prior to that we had plenty of opportunities to work with other agencies and consultancies, seeing both the good and the less than good. Along the way, we recognized those people that we liked to work with. Those people now comprise our tapestry of talent. The firm is being intentionally designed to look like the agency that we would have liked to hire. How We Work We often serve as the outsourced marketing leadership for our clients, either on an interim or permanent basis. We are partners and coaches to executive directors and CEOs. But, don t let that fool you. We re not only strategists and big thinkers. We roll up our sleeves and get busy, writing copy, designing campaigns, pushing pixels, interviewing and influencing people, and building alliances. We facilitate, host workshops, and build tools to empower high performing teams. Philosophy At Delightability we believe business is about relationships and focusing on what matters. If you focus on humans and provide experiences that delight, success will follow. We believe it so much we named the company, Delightability. We believe the future belongs to brands that deliver experiences that delight. We have courage to challenge and ask tough questions. Our goal is to bring the best out of you and create the best opportunity for your success. We all have the potential to do better, as individuals, organizations, and even the global community. But, sometimes we need a little help. When we help our clients make a bigger impact in the world, we ve succeeded at the highest level. More than consultants, More than an agency We connect the dots between building the strategy and implementing the details required to make ideas live in the real world. Where tools and process don t already exist, we create them. He who would do great things should not attempt them all alone. Seneca

Qualifications Capabilities Approach Clients Get Started Greg Olson Managing Director Greg founded Delightability with the hopes of changing the world, one project, one client, one service at a time. A life-long learner, curious by nature, he holds the belief that landfills could be less full of junk and our bellies and minds more full of delight. His experiences span marketing, sales, engineering, services, and operations in companies large and small. While his education is about technology and business, his informal education is about humans thinking and interacting with brands. He is a business coach, consultant, speaker, facilitator, and author. He is also Vice President and volunteer Board member for Oikocredit Northwest. Greg Hill Customer Strategist With a background in business leadership, marketing and consulting, Greg has an expertise in making organizations successful. Greg brings an enthusiastic approach and is a strong advocate for customers and working together. He enjoys facilitating workshops and is a lifelong learner. He has worked in a wide variety of industries for both large and small organizations. In his time off he enjoys woodworking, sculpting Bonsai and touring in his 1958 Austin-Healey. Stacy PR Strategist Stacy boasts 20 years in business and marketing/pr strategy and services. With expertise across a wide range of industries in for profit and non-profit realms for clients on six continents. Stacy brings valuable cross-segment and cross-cultural experiences to Delightability. In addition to work with companies like HP, Lexmark, Boston Market and Pier 1 Imports, she has also spent nearly a decade working with companies doing business or expanding into developing economies, including launching and managing a clean energy social venture in West Africa. Barrett Video Guru Barrett is Delightability s video guru. Whether a small documentary or television-quality production with large cast and crew, Barrett delivers concept through final execution, directly overseeing all the details, from scouting, scripting and storyboarding, to shooting, editing and creating final deliverables to upload, share, and distribute. He has worked with a broad range of for-profits and non-profits, including such nationally known brands as American Red Cross; Intel; Nike; The Coca-Cola Company; and Blue Diamond Growers. Gyda wears many scarves at Delightability including client advocacy, business development, operations, and traffic management. She also helps with market research, persona development, and campaign design. In her spare time she is an evangelist for the Big Idea Toolkit, one of Delightability s tools. As the client advocate and traffic manager, Gyda tracks budgets and schedules and ensures the team stays focused on doing their best strategic and creative work. Joe helps the Delightability team push creative boundaries for clients as expressed through logo and identity design, mood boards, website design and programming, collateral and other graphic design and treatments. Joe also makes music and great food, snorkels in the Puget Sound, and paints. While not pushing pixels or plates of delicious food he can be found in the temple practicing Aikido.
