ibb Program Description PURPOSE: Inside BERKS business educator internship is designed for educators to better prepare their students for tomorrow s workforce. TASK: ibb provides educators first hand experience with the expectations and requirements of today s high performance employers through a Five-day paid program offered by the BCIU. Educator interns job shadow over a four-day period, being granted access into the operations, needs, frustrations and successes of area businesses. Educator interns produce lesson plans to impart this information to students in their classes. Educator interns attend a culminating one-day seminar to share constructed Power Points detailing the skills they learned, additionally 2 creating project abstracts to impart to their students.
