First Settings Check for your Internet Explorer 7.0 Please make sure that you follow the settings process on all pages attached This Web Site undergoes daily changes due to the complexity of laws governing state taxes and fees associated with titling and registering of motor vehicles. To get the most up to date changes, Internet Explorer must be adjusted to accept every change. 1. Open up your Internet Explorer to any website such as www.google.com, using your mouse, click on Tools at the top of the menu bar. A dropdown menu will appear, containing a number of menu options. 2. Select the menu option labeled Internet Options 3. A new window called "Internet Options" will open, resembling the one below. The "Internet Options" window will show the "General" tab pre-selected. 1

4. Select the "Settings" button in the "Browsing History" section of the "General" Tab. 5. A new window called "Settings" will open, resembling the one below 6. Be sure that the "Every Visit To Page" radio button is selected under the "Check For Newer Versions of Stored Pages 7. Once selected, click the "OK" button on the "Temporary Internet Files and History Settings" window 8. Next, click the "OK" button on the "Internet Options" window. Please go to the next page 2

Second Settings Check for your Internet Explorer 7.0 Our web site uses Pop-Up technology. Please make sure that your Internet Explorer allows Pop-Ups from our web site. 1. Open up your Internet Explorer to any website such as www.google.com, using your mouse, click on Tools at the top of the menu bar. A dropdown menu will appear, containing a number of menu options. 2. Select the menu option labeled "Internet Options" 3. A new window called "Internet Options" will open, resembling the one below 4. The "Internet Options" window will show several tabs. Please click on the "Privacy" tab 3

5. Make sure that on the bottom section of this window the Block pop-ups is UN-checked. If it is checked you may uncheck it but please check with your IT Department for internal procedures regarding your terminal s settings. An alternative to this is click on the Sites tab above the Pop-up Blocker Section. Once you click on the Sites Tab the follow window will show up. 6. In the section that reads Address of Web Site type www.interstatetitlesolutions.com as shown in the picture above. 7. Then you must click on the Allow button on the right and upon pressing the Allow button you must press the OK button. 8. Once you press OK you must press the OK button on the original window. 9. You have completed the settings process. 10. Now shut down Internet Explorer and Restart your Internet Explorer and type in www.interstatetitlesolutions.com Congratulations you are now ready to use the web site. In the event the previous settings still do not allow for you to access our website please go to the next page for advanced settings. 4

Advanced Settings Check for your Internet Explorer 7.0 1. Open up your Internet Explorer to any website such as www.google.com, using your mouse, click on Tools at the top of the menu bar. A dropdown menu will appear, containing a number of menu options. 2. Select the menu option labeled Internet Options 3. A new window called "Internet Options" will open, resembling the one below 4. The "Internet Options" window will show several tabs. Please click on the "Advanced" tab 5

5. Scroll down half way down until you find the section called JAVA (Sun) 6. Please make sure that the box that reads Use JRE 1.6.0_02 for <applet> is checked. This setting is required in the event that you cannot view the PRINTABLE menus inside the website. Our system requires that your system has Java Scripts ENABLED for printing purposes 7. If you have to make this change please make sure to RESTART your computer in order for the changes to occur. Once you computer reboots you may open up Internet Explorer and type in www.interstatetitlesolutions.com and your system should be ready to use the website. 6

Yahoo Pop-Up Blocker Settings Check for your Internet Explorer 7.0 If you have Yahoo Toolbar, the Pop-Up blocker maybe enable, to disable do the following: 1. On the Yahoo Toolbar click on the Pop-Up Blocker drop down menu. 2. Then click once on Enable Pop-Up Blocker and this should uncheck (disable) this future. 3. To make sure it is disabled, please click on the drop-down menu again and it should display the Enable Pop-Up Blocker without the check mark, which means that it is disabled. 4. You should now be able to enter your user name and password and enter the website. If you are unable to enter the website please restart your computer. If you have properly followed these instructions and you are still unable to enter the website with your user name and password, please contact your IT Administrator for assistance. 7
