Her teaching interests are HRM, OB and project and team development, wi a specific focus on value creation and human capital performance. She employs a learning by teaching approach based upon experiential training. PhD in Management Sciences and a member of e AGRH (International Association of French Speaking Human Resources Management scholars and practitioners), Stephanie led research on e education-work relationship, e management of employability, and e staff recruitment and retention practices for more an 12 years. For her esis, she conducted hundreds of interviews wi main players in e field of education and employment in France, studied 8 company cases from e service sector and e energy industry, and piloted 4 social experiments in enterprises as a result of a questionnaire survey. In line wi is research, she co-wrote a book published by Dunod French Editor, devoted to e French apprenticeship system. In her book, employers can find recipes to attract, develop, engage and retain talent in eir businesses. She also contributed to a book aimed at exploring ways in which leaders of tomorrow shall be educated and trained. Her current research foci are selection practices in e hospitality industry, work-life balance in e restaurant sector, and Millennials employability in e service economy. She strongly believes at management sciences are sciences of and for action, and advocates bridging practitioners and researchers interests, as well as building interdisciplinary connections. As a consultant, Stephanie has worked for industrial companies, for enterprises in e massmarket retailing sector, also in banking and insurance, as well as for start-ups, by coaching entrepreneurs in developing eir projects. Her experiences in various positions, including manager in e restaurant industry, also nourished her taste for entrepreneurship, project

management, and customer service. Thus, she co-founded a company selling sport goods online, and spreading e sportmania all over in Switzerland and abroad.
