I. PROGRAM DOWNLOAD AND INSTALLATION The program can be downloaded from the following site: http://www.cenforpre.net/download/wfriskeval.html The program is easy to install: click on the Next button in each window of the setup. Once installed, the following icon will appear on the desktop: When executing the program, it will always ask to check for a new version. We strongly recommend the user to always update to the new version, if available. * The program is updated to the new version (if available). 2

II. CONNECTION AND PASSWORD CHANGE Enter your username, your password and click Connect or press ENTER. Program language may be changed to Spanish or English, before connecting to the program. - Alternative DB: DO NOT select, it does not apply. 2. Click on Disconnect to disconnect from server and to be able to connect again using a different set of options without having to exit the program. 3. After connecting, whether using the program for the first time or whenever the user wants to change the current password, click on Change password. 3

III. LIST OF WIND FARMS / PREVENTION TECHNICIANS The MAIN WINDOW shows: the list of Wind Farms / Prevention Technicians. In the upper part of the windows there are the list columns: Wind Farm, Technician, Phase, Zone / Locality, Manager, Checklists, Last Access. By clicking on one of them the list is ordered depending on the selected column (by wind farm/ technician/activity ). In the lower part of the window one will find: 4

1. Show entries: - All: list with all technicians. - By technician: by selecting the user, only its corresponding wind farms will appear. NOTE: Quick Search option By clicking on any part of the list and typing the first letters of the wind farm we search for, the quick search window appears. 2. State: - Execution: Wind farms during the process of assembly, maintenance, etc. - History: Terminated wind farms, where the prevention technicians no longer intervene. NOTE: - The entries of the wind farms must NOT be duplicated. Please check and use an existing wind farm if it already exists, even if it is from another technician. The technician from the list of wind farms is the one that has created the entry in the program and not the technician actually working in the wind farm. The data duplication will lead to incorrect results in the reports. - When the work in a wind farm is finished, its state should be changed to History (always and when the assembly phase is terminated). 5

3. Activity: For the Assembly / Maintenance technicians this option is selected by default (ASSEMBLY / MAINTENANCE). 4. : The authorized persons can access other wind farm records and can modify the data entered by the prevention technicians; by selecting read-only option, we ll block the modification of the data. 5. : To insert data for a new wind farm. (It will go to the window Wind Farm Main Data) 6. : To access an existing record of a Wind Farm (Data, Checklists). 7. : Delete the selected entry (Wind Farm). 8. : Real-time update of the Main Window records with the wind farm data from the database. 9. : This option is not available to all users (it is not the reports that have to send the OHS technicians). Only the authorized persons will have access to these reports (General Graphics ). 6

IV. ADD A NEW WIND FARM 1. MAIN WINDOW Click on Add to create a new Wind Farm. 7

WINS FARM MAIN DATA * Fields in blue: compulsory. * Data: - Technician Data - Wind Farm name and location - Wind Farm Identifying Data - Managers - Observations Once the wind farm data have been filled in, click on CREATE (blue arrow), to save the data and continue. The program directs back to the Main Window, where this time the name of the newly created wind farm is shown in the list. 8

Click on VIEW/MODIFY or double click on the name of the wind farm in order to go to the next window. 9

3. WINDOW OF THE WIND FARM (Data and Checklists). : To open the window of the Wind Farm Main Data. : Click here to begin the checklist of the works carried out in the wind farm. 10

By clicking on Checklists, the next window is shown: Click on Add to enter the new checklists. View the data of the selected checklist. Delete the selected checklist. The program will ask for confirmation before proceeding with the removal of the checklist. date as the start date. Copy the data for the selected checklist into a new checklist having the current 11

Import a checklist from an Excel file for the current wind farm. If the wind farm is incorrect or there are errors in the imported data, an error message will inform the user. V. CHECKLIST WINDOW A unique code is generated when creating a new checklist. The checklist code is located at the top of the Checklist Data tab. 12

FIRST TAB: CHECKLIST DATA 1. PHASE: select the phase of the checklist to be checked 2. APLICABILITY: select the applicability of the checklist to be checked: - DEVELOPER: when the property is checked (state of the wind farm). - MAIN CONTRACTOR: as a general rule it will be Gamesa Eólica. - SUBCONTRACTOR: Siemsa, GES 3. TYPE: in the Type dropdown list are all the checklists for the selected activity; select the one corresponding to the current works (i.e. Assembly: General Activities). *If the checklist has been selected by mistake, go back to the checklists window and start again. 13

4. SUBDIVISION: When selecting the type, the subdivision is automatically selected. 5. REASON FOR NOT CONDUCTING THE AUDIT: when the audit cannot be completed on the wind farm, select, within this option, the reason for the stop (documentary, climatology, road state ). 6. TECHNICIAN, SUBCONTRACTOR REPRESENTATIVE, PHONE NO. - Technician: selected by default. - Subcontractor Representative: the person in charge of the works. - Phone number for the Subcontractor Representative. 14

7. TURBINE TYPE AND NUMBER: Select the turbine type to be audited and enter the number and/or the letter of the turbine. 8. SUBCONTRACTOR TYPE: - ALL: all the subcontractors homologated by Gamesa. - MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY, ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY : only the contractors identified by Gamesa for specific works will be shown. EXAMPLE: Repair of Blades 15

7.1. Subcontractors: the checklist has to be filled in for each subcontractor. If the subcontractor to be evaluated DOES NOT appear in the dropdown list of the homologated subcontractors, send a request to add the new subcontractor (see the Contractor Management section for more information). 7.2 Search Subcontractors Clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to the subcontractor control will allow quick searching for a subcontractor (see the image below). 16

The following have also to be checked: - Start/End Dates for the inspection of the subcontractor. ENTRIES TAB Once all the fields in the Checklist Data tab have been filled and the CHECKLIST TYPE selected (i.e. Checks prior to the commencement of the work), click on the tab ENTRIES, to see the questions comprised within the checklist. 17

1. CHECKLIST QUESTIONS It shows all the checklist questions (actions to be fulfilled), the cell containing the answer and an observation filed for each question. Answers: - YES: correct action - NO: non-fulfillment. - N/A= not applicable to the question. 2. APPLY SELECTION Applies automatically the same answer to all the questions, to speed up the process. 3. CHECKLIST RATING Once all the questions have been answered, the technician has to give its own rating and value the fulfillment of the security measurements during the execution of the works. Once all the fields have been filled in, check on *If the data are not accepted, the user cannot insert a new checklist. to save the checklist. 18

4. CHECKLIST DESVIATIONS For each selected non-fulfillment, a new deviation is automatically opened (state: OPEN), with the current date as the deviation start date. In case of serious/very serious non-fulfillments, the 8D code is required for the open deviations. When a deviation is closed, the current date is inserted as the end date of the selected deviation (see image above). 19

VI. EXCEL CHECKLIST By clicking on the button, the checklist can be extracted to an Excel table, so that photos, notes may be added and the checklist printed. This option allows the user to work offline. The checklist can be imported as well as exported to Excel whenever the document format remains unchanged. 20

Once the checklist has been ACCEPTED AND SAVED, the program will direct the user to the previous window (list of checklists), where this is shown in the list. OPTIONS TO MAKE THE WORK EASIER: GIVES THE OPTION TO DUPLICATE AN ALREADY FILLED CHECKLIST Imagine that the first turbine has been set up and all the corresponding checklists have been added into the program. When beginning the setup for the second turbine, with the same subcontractor, same person in charge, the only things that change are the turbine number and some of the checklist answers. In this case, the user can duplicate one/more checklist(s) and change the corresponding data. 22

DUPLICATED CHECKLIST IMPORT A CHECKLIST FROM EXCEL INTO THE PROGRAM The checklists can be imported as well as exported to Excel. Click on IMPORT and when the Open file window pops up, search the Excel file to be imported and press Open. IMPORTANT: If the checklist template has been modified, this cannot be imported into the program. 23

VII. CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT It is eliminated the possibility of key in contractors as NOT Classified Se elimina la posibilidad de introducir contratas como NO Clasificadas - From now on, it is only possible key in values of contractors from the tool s given list, with the assistance of the locator tool next in case necessary. - Gamesa Appropriate H&S Coordinator would check that enlisting of the contractors has to be done and, if it is, would send a confirmation email to cfps@cenforpre.net. Otherwise a rejection email would be sent to the Petitioner.
