Practical components include cooking and culinary skills, bolstered by experience in an on-campus operational kitchen and 500 hours of paid industry work experience. This well-rounded business degree is based upon a solid culinary foundation. It incorporates Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery), the basic qualification required for cookery work in Australia.
