12 Student testimonial Johanna Lemback Bachelor of Business and Tourism Management Carrick Jobs and Careers assisted me in organising an interview with the HR department at Park Hyatt Hotel and now I am working as a Food & Beverage Attendant in a 5 star hotel! Konrad Zabielan Studied: Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management Commercial Cookery I graduated from the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management Commercial Cookery at Carrick. Upon completion CJC helped me prepare for job applications in the hotel industry. CJC arranged an interview for me with the HR Manager and Head Chef at Four Seasons Hotel for a casual role as a Commis Chef. I received the job and have been working at Four Seasons for over a year now and doing really well. Bhavna Mankoo Hairdressing I have finished my certificate III in Hairdressing, and finding work related to your studies can be a little difficult, as you have to keep 20 hours a week and college timing in mind. At Carrick, they helped me prepare a resume and then organised a job interview for me. I got a job in Newtown at a salon called Serengetti Hair and Beauty. I have gained a lot of experience in hairdressing by working there and studying at Carrick. My main duties in the salon are to do hair cuts, colour, perming and straining. It was a very smooth process to get a job through Carrick as the name and reputation gives a good impression. Staffs here go out of their way to help the students and understand their needs. I am proud to be a part of Carrick. Rania Khoury, Australia Studied: Advanced Diploma of Tourism After finishing year 12 I began an Advanced Diploma of Tourism at Carrick and I have never looked back. At the end of my course, Carrick helped me land my first position in the travel industry. I m now Cabin Supervisor with Virgin Airlines, managing a team of five flight attendants.
