TRAVEL INFORMATION From the airport to the golf club: Drive in the direction of the Hamburg-Schnelsen-Nord intersection (23). At the Hamburg-Schnelsen-Nord intersection (23) bear right onto the A7 / E45 in the direction of Hannover / Bremen / Husum / Heide. After 9.88km (roughly 6 min) at the Hamburg-Bahrenfeld intersection (28) bear right off the A7 / E45, continuing on the B431\Osdorfer Weg in the direction of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. After 340m turn right into the B431\Osdorfer Weg in the direction of Hamburg. After 8.34km (roughly 13 min) in Hamburg, turn left into Sülldorfer Brooksweg. After 530m (roughly 1 min), turn left into Rissener Landstraße. After 450m (roughly 1 min), turn right into In de Bargen. After 322m (roughly 1 min) you have reached your destination at In de Bargen 59 in 22587 Hamburg. Transportation / Shuttle For plane travels to Germany, please book your flight to Hamburg-Airport. Shuttle Service will be provided to the Official Hotels. A shuttle service form the Official Hotels to the Golf Course will be arranged during the Championship.
PLAYER S INFORMATION Entries Entries (which will be accepted on the official entry form only) must reach the German Golf Association s office at the address stipulated on the entry form not later than 12 th June 2013. Entries will be accepted for two girls and two boys under 16 years of age as of 00.00 hrs 1 January 2013, as nominated by their EGA Member National Golf Authority. You may also register online: www.golf.de/entryform/ Bus Shuttle Service Bus shuttle service will be provided free of charge for participants and accompanying officials during the championship. Catering Lunch will be served from 1 to 3 pm at the clubhouse for players and captain/advisor free of charge. Practice Area Please refrain from practising your wood shots from the regular tee on the Practice Area. There is a special tee built for long shots on the top of the Driving Range. Practice According to the European Golf Association s Rules a player who is competing in the European Young Masters will not be allowed to practise on the championship course for a period of thirty days before the first official practice round of the tournament, unless he or she is member of the club at which the championship is being played.
Practice tee times will be available on Tuesday and Wednesday. Practice balls will be available free of charge at the driving range. Credit Cards Payment of expenses at the hotel and golf club can be made by credit card. Tee-times, Homepage Information board is situated in the clubhouse and REALTIMESCORING with Blackberry. A website will be designed for the Championship: www.golf.de/dgv Score Cards / Pin-Positions / Local Rules Will be provided by the starter. Facilities on the Golf Course Water containers on hole 10 Players Information Desk There will be a professional assistance to help you with all your requirements. Club and Golf Bag Storage Golf bags can be stored at own risk in the caddy-house next to the clubhouse. Trolleys Pull-trolleys are available. Foreign players have the priority in reserving one. Please make a note on your Registration Form if a trolley required. Changing rooms The changing rooms are situated in the clubhouse. For any assistance to obtain a locker, please ask the secretary s office. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the changing rooms and toilets. Towels Towels are provided in the changing rooms. Please do not take them onto the course. Dress Code A reasonable standard of golf clothes (no jeans) is required at all times on the course and in the club house. Only soft spikes are permitted on the course. Pro Shop The Shop is located next to the Players Information desk and will be open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mobile Phones Please note that mobile phones are strictly forbidden in the Clubhouse or anywhere on the golf course.
