ABOUT US ABOUT PE We have been manufacturing polyethylene (HDPE- High Density Polyethylene) pipes, fittings and Butt Welding Machines in addition to design and montage Infrastructure-Waterworks since 1994. Moreover, we provide technical support in every aspects of this area by selling necessary materials used in the process. We have been working relentlessly without any regression together with our large scale machines needed for the welding process, Vehicle Park and experienced technical and field staff. From the day we first operated until now, the establishments we have worked with, still have been working with us. THE DEFINITION OF POLYETHYLENE Polyethylene, as a commonly used material, is a polymer made from petrol. It is still continuingly progressing and has a growing area of use. Polyethylene s chemical compound is C2nH4n+2 which is alkane. Polyethylene can be classified in four groups in regards of density which are; HDPE, MDPE, LDPE and LLDPE. To produce one kilogram of HDPE 1,75 kilogram of petrol is needed. Parts made from high density polyethylene are opaque white. High density polyethylene is the most solid one among others. It is used in many fields. In case of pipe production it is used in the fields such as irrigation, sewer system, natural gas pipes, and geothermal heat transfer pipes. ORIGINAL COLORS OF THE PE-100 MATERIAL BLACK PE-100 contains %2(give or take 0.5) puny particles (0.010-0.025 micron) of carbon black. These carbon blacks of %2 protect polyethylene from UV rays up to 50 years. The carbon black used in the process does not cause any smell or taste problems. %2 carbon black must be dispersed equally according to the ISO 11420 1996 standards. The amount of carbon black in every part of the pipe must be equal to the %2+-0.5 ratio. If the ratio is not applied in some parts these will be weak against UV light. In case there are parts where there is more carbon black than necessary the mechanic endurance of the pipe will weaken there. BLUE AND ORANGE Blue and orange colored PE-100, besides the other additives, contains high amounts of UV additives for protection against UV light. UV additive must be dispersed homogeneously. UV endurance is tested under 3.5 GJ. The coloring agent is dispersed homogeneously in the polyethylene. Maximum pipe endurance is achieved by preventing those agents building up. The coloring agent does not contain any heavy metal and does not taste and smell. FEATURES OF PE MATERIAL PE is a widely used material in gas and water pipelines around the globe. It provides many benefits in industrial pipe systems and domestic ones. Some of those are; Economic Light Healthy Elastic and because of that durable to impacts No corrosion problem Frictional losses are less Has high endurance to chemicals And it provides great ease and possibilities such as making maintenance and repair while the mainline is active. To increase the performance and make domestic use of polyethylene further possible, new raw materials have been being developed continuously while the improvements on the extrusion technology corroborate these developments. The improvements on the fittings that complete the system and the welding technologies have been progressing to make polyethylene systems more lasting, durable, quickly installable and economic. The use of polyethylene, as it is in the western countries, is in the increase in accordance to these changes and progresses. Known Welding Techniques for PE Materials; Butt welding Electro fusion BUTT WELDING METHOD Execution is done by a special welding machine. The main principle behind this process is to heat the surfaces of the pipes by the use of resistant heating plate under the prescribed time and interface pressure. And then by bringing the pipe ends together under the prescribed time and interface pressure again while the prescribed pressure is maintained under the required minimum cooling time. This welding process is highly economic for it does not require additional collar. Points To Be Paid Attention While Butt Welding The chemical compound and the thickness of the material which is going to be welded must match the prescribed values. Operating environment must be clean Weather conditions must be proper. (wind, temperature, humidity, dust, etc.) The procedure must be done by trained operators in their field. The Advantages of Butt Welding It does not require any special kind of parts for the combination. With the butt welding method you can produce fittings like Elbow and TEE. It is easy to acquire butt welding machines because they are manufactured in our country. It is applicable to every diameter and pressure class.(for pipes thicker than 3mm) Its articulation components are really cheap compared to injection materials. The beads that form at interior and exterior surfaces of the pipe increase the cross section of welding which increases the safety of the process. It is easy to learn ABOUT PE Butt Welding Application ABOUT PE ELECTRO FUSION WELDING METHOD Electro fusion; is the technology of fusing PE pipes by the help of fittings that has resistance on its interior surface. This method usually used in systems which require high safety. It requires electro-fusion welding machine and electro-fusion collar. This system cost more compared to the butt welding. The Advantages of EF Welding Methods There won t be any reduction of the interior diameter of the pipe. The equipment used in the process is flexible, cheap and light. The welding time is short. Because the EF welding process is fully automatic it requires minimum experience from the operator. The surface of welding will be durable against pressure. THE FEATURES OF PE 100 PİPES It does not fall apart under pressure and never leaks. There are multiple welding methods for the material (butt welding, electrofusion etc.). It can be welded outside of the canal. It requires less excavation and fillers. It does not get affected by tectonic movements. It is freely useable in places where there can be tectonic movements such as; seas, streams, rivers, uneven grounds, mine fields etc. The chemical resistance of the pipe material is high. Therefore it does not get affected by corrosion and it does not rot or wear down. Interior surface of it is hydraulically smooth. Therefore it is possible to know the minimized pipe diameter In comparison to the others, it has less management expenses. PE water pipes are convenient to install because curved fittings don t have to be used at bent positions for it is possible to bend PE pipes with a radius of 20 to 30 times of its diameter. It is durable (it can be moved and installed without any loss). Production plant can be mobilized. One can significantly save money in important projects by manufacturing it at the work site. It lasts at least 50 years and in nature it discomposes in 1000 years. Its management expenses are less than others for it does not require maintenance. PE water pipes can be easily handled and installed because the weight of PE water pipes is just 1/7 of that of steel pipes. It gives a great advantage at places where the construction season is short or has traffic problems. Ease of application at temperatures such as -40/ +60. PE pipes do not require the use of cement blocks for joints such as elbow. Good welding qualities. Elasticity. Fits the ground pattern. Does not get affected by UV due to the presence of carbon black particles in its structure. Has a variety of pressure class. From PN2,5 to PN32 it can be made in 12different pressure class. Does not require any precaution like cathodic protection while installing for it is not affected by the corrosives of the earth.

HDPE 100 PIPES HDPE 100 PIPES HDPE 100 PIPES They are produced between 16mm and 1600mm diameters, PN4 (4 atm) PN32 (32 atm) pressure classes pipes that has until 125mm diameter as coil or length. Coil pipes are produced at; 100m-200m length. Length pipes are produced at; 6m, 12m, 13,5m lengths. The pipes that have a diameter more than 125mm are produced in; 6, 12 and 13.5m lengths. HDPE 80 PIPES They are produced between 16mm and 1600mm diameters, PN3,2(3,2 atm) PN25(25 atm) pressure classes pipes that has until 125mm diameter as coil or length. Coil pipes or Length pipes. The pipes that have a diameter more than 125mm are produced at; 6, 12 and 13.5m lengths. HDPE 100 CORRUGATED SEWAGE PIPES They are produced between 100mm and 2000mm diameters and withstand pressures between 16 kn/m 2 and 64 kn/m 2. THE USE OF CORRUGATED SEWAGE PIPES Sewage systems Storm drainage Gravity pipe systems Industrial wastewater facilities These pipes are more economic, flexible and long lasting compared to its alternatives cement and PVC materials. LAYING METHODS FOR PE 100 PIPES Methods for laying Pe100 pipes has been decided in DIN 19630, DIN 4033, DIN 18300 and EN 1610 standards. Pipes can be welded outside of the canal and moved inside after. The excavation of the canal must be narrow in this case. Pipes must never get in any case crashed. The use of damaged pipes (damaged by pointy edged materials or rocks) must be avoided at all costs. There must not be any underground or rain water inside the canal. (If there is any, it must be evacuated by pomp) Incohesive sand, pebble, mixture of sand and pebble are suitable fillings for canal. (DIN 19630 standards) Canal depth must be at least 70-80 cm. If the excavation site is suitable for fillings, pipe can be placed directly to the canal without pipe bedding. If the excavation site is not suitable for fillings (rocky, watery etc.) the depth of the canal must be further increased and bedding must be executed by dry-compacted fillers. The width of the bedding must be at least Al=100mm+1/10 DN. The bedding materials must be pressured from above with a slow working compactor until %95 endurance acquired. Pipe side fillings of A2 must be at the width of 30cm and same pressure must be applied as well. This procedure must be applied at every 30 cm until it reaches 30 cm above the peak of the pipe. When the peak of the pipes A3 is passed by 30 cm, filling must be finished by the use of a compactor at middle Storing and Packing Methods for PE 100 Pipes Pipes that are 020-0125 mm are packed as coils. Pipes that are thicker than 0140 mm are produced 12m long. According to the need, more than 100m can be packed as coil. For retrospective traceability, information below must be written on the pipes at 1m intervals. Producer Name, Standard Number, Standard Logo, Pipe Raw Material, Pipe Diameter, Pipe Wall Thickness, Group of SDR, Working Pressure, Group of MFI, Machine Number and Date of Production. There must not be any material that can harm the pipes in transportation vehicle, such as; nail, hard materials, rock etc. Pipes must not be placed regularly in the vehicle and must not be thrown while being handled. The floor of the storage must be cleaned of the things that can harm the pipes. The length of the coils that are one on the top of the other must not be over 1.5 m while stacking.

HDPE 80 PIPES HDPE ATTACHMENTS Reducing Tee It is used at nodal points of fluid carrying systems, when passing from the main line to the lines that have smaller diameters. It is produced between the diameters of 32*20mm through 1600*63mm and pressure classes of PN4(4 atm) through PN32(32 atm). Reducing Tee Equal Tee It is used in nodal points of fluid carrying systems, when passing from the main line to a line that has the exact same diameter. It is produced between the diameters of 20mm through 1600mm and pressure classes of PN4(4 atm) through PN32(32 atm). Equal Tee Forked It is used at force main and rain water lines in the process of passing from the main line pipe to smaller pipes when an angled welding is necessary. It is produced between the diameters of 90mm through 1600mm and pressure classes of PN4(4 atm) through PN10(10 atm). Forked Cross Tee It is a fitting used in fluid carrying systems at separation points. It is produced between the diameters of 90mm through 1200mm and pressure classes of PN4(4 atm) through PN32(32 atm). Cross Tee Elbows They are used at nodal points when angled turns are necessary. They are produced between the diameters of 90mm through 1200mm and pressure classes of PN4(4 atm) through PN32(32 atm). They are produced at angles of 11, 22, 30, 45, 60, 90 and can be produced at any angle if needed. Elbows Flange Adaptor It is used for connecting PE pipes to other types of pipes and materials. They are produced between the diameters of 20mm through 1600mm and pressure classes of PN4(4 atm) through PN32(32 atm). Flange Adaptor

Steel Flanges They are used for connecting PE plastic flange adaptors with other flange type fittings. They are produced between the diameters of 20mm through 1600mm and pressure classes of PN4(4 atm) through PN32(32 atm) according to the DIN(TS ISO 7005) norms. PLASTIC and STEEL FLANGE VALVE CONNECTION HDPE ATTACHMENTS ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS RACK SYSTEM This system is designed for using when 5 gallon dispenser size water bottles are being stacked, carried and loaded to vehicle. Rack system is designed in two different carrying capacities as 32 and 48. The racks are especially designed as 4 bottles width and 4 or 6 bottle length for transportation vehicle length and widths. Every rack can contain 2 bottles and thanks to the special smooth interior design of HDPE-100 especially full bottles are handled easily. This system; provides convenience transporting products between franchises, reduces costs and enable coordinate and healthy storage of the bottles. Reductions These fittings are needed when it is necessary to pass throughout the main line to other small diameter lines, in fluid carrying systems. CAPS These are the fittings used when it is necessary to seal fluid carrying systems permanently or temporarily. They are produced between the diameters of 20mm through 800mm. Corrugated Fittings Corrugated and PVC exit fittings are produced between the diameters of 100mm through 1600mm. Racks are 120*100cm sized and it is possible to load 2 of them to lorries and trucks. The rack that can contain 32 bottles weights 105 kg while the one that can contain 48 weights 160 kg empty. Conveniences; By removing the hardships faced stacking, transporting and loading of the bottles, saving time and man power is targeted. The lightness of the material used in the production of the racks also makes it easier to carry with forklift. Cost; while its construction is more practical, galvanized stainless-steel sheets and HDPE-100 special pipes used in the production of the product makes its cost lower compared to similar products. Health; This system keeps the bottles from being exposed to any form of external friction and shocks from the moment that they have been filled until they arrive to the costumers. Array; It enables bottles to perfectly fit to the storage facilities and vehicles.

SPECIAL HDPE PRODUCTS CORRUGATED MENHOLES and TANKS The entrances and exits of corrugated manholes may differ in diameter and also the pipe entrances of a manhole can be at different angles. In addition, we can also apply muffing for PVC pipe entrances. POLYETHYLENE TANKS These can be used to contain a huge variety of liquids, be it water or acid, depending to the endurance table. We can produce tanks that have capacities up to 30 m 3. POLIETHYLENE FLOW-METER LINK ADAPTER It is a special fitting to ease the montage of flowmeters to PE pipes in waste water systems. PVC-POLIETHYLENE and ASBESTOS-POLIETHYLENE CROSSING PARTS These are special parts used when polyethylene and other products (PVC, Asbestos etc.) are being combined.
