2 02 Revolutionally injection casting ElastoFlake, a new material from the Relining Group, is a polymer plastic mass intended for injection casting, which was developed especially to meet the challenges of plastic sewer pipe renovation. New technology makes it possible reliably to create a seamless and durable new surface inside any pipe material without damaging existing structures. Similar materials have been used, for instance, in swimming pools, water utilities, as protective coating on the internal surfaces of tanks, in surfacing new cast-iron pipes, and as inner surfacing for piping, including sewage, oil, and gas pipelines. The coating forms an antibacterial protection, which makes it suitable also for use in sewers. Resistant to temperature changes The material can withstand very large temperature variations, which allows for a wide variety of uses, including industrial sewer systems. High elasticity avoids the cracks and tension that can arise from thermal expansion or other mechanical stress. ElastoFlake adapts perfectly to changes in the axial and radial size of the pipe.

3 ElastoFlake material innovation Suitable for injection casting of all pipe materials: stainless steel, plastic, copper, and cast iron pipes. 03 The material is environmentally and user friendly: it contains no solvents, styrene, or carcinogens. ElastoFlake innovation even supports industrial sewer renovation, because the structure of the material adjusts to changes in the axial and radial sizes of pipes. The material provides long lasting corrosion and wear protection. The elasticity of the material prevents brittleness, tension and the formation of cracks. The material's smooth and slick surface ensures minimal waste adhesion and a better flow capacity. The material provides good resistance to pressure, and to chemical substances and mixtures, such as detergents and hot fat mixtures. The result is that the lining of the old pipe gains a durable, elastic, beautiful, and smooth surface. The material is highly resistant to changes in temperature: high impact strength even at very low temperatures. The material is anti-bacterial, so it is also very suitable for sewage pipeline renovation. Advanced hardware and high quality work ensure that no discontinuities are left between layers of casting. ElastoFlake innovation means that the building's floor and wall surfaces do not have to be damaged or old pipes removed. Innovative ElastoFlake allows normal activities to continue in the building during drain renovation. The material dries and hardens quickly.

4 04 Stunning and enduring results ElastoFlake: a durable and versatile solution ElastoFlake injection casting material is suitable for drains in buildings. ElastoFlake injection casting is used for manually coating the inner surfaces of old pipes, so that the old pipes do not have to be removed, floor and wall surfaces remain intact, and the building can continue to function normally. ElastoFlake forms a beautiful, seamless, and durable surface inside the old pipe. Developed to meet the needs of the customer Relining Group's product developers began development of the new material by listening to customers' wishes. 6 06 ElastoTec injection casting pump ElastoTec is an injection casting pump designed and developed by the Relining Group, exclusively for use with ElastoFlake material.

Convenient touch screen The settings on the ElastoTec control panel are managed through an easy to use touch screen and injection casting functions are controlled by a wireless remote control. The touch screen allows you, for example, to monitor material consumption per injection cast metre. The touch screen also works without a wireless remote control. 8 Worldwide remote access software maintenance Relining Group has developed a Wi-Fi connection for the ElastoTec screen, which makes it possible to connect to any ElastoTec circuit board. Remote access can be used to update software, restore factory settings, and locate possible programming errors. Customers receive a laptop with ElastoTec, which allows for easy notification of maintenance needs to the ElastoTec manufacturer.
