This meeting will focus on all three Databases that comprise the STS National Database: Adult Cardiac Surgery, Congenital Heart Surgery, and General Thoracic Surgery. The primary objective of this meeting is to provide attendees with a variety of presentations and discussions to help them improve data collection and patient outcomes. Of particular importance this year to the Adult Cardiac Surgery Database data managers: a comprehensive overview of the new data specification upgrade that becomes effective July 1, 2011.
