With Krutec Project Recording you can realize this in different variants. Projects can be divided into sub-assemblies, production orders or activities. A variety of interfaces allows the communication with already integrated software packages (salary, ERP, inventory management and CAD programs). Graphical absence calendar for single employees or groups Time Attendance models, daily bars, allocated time and group calendars The flexible design of the time models with various pause arrangements is obvious. You can make grids for the first comes and/or the last goes status, but also over all bookings. The bookings made by the employee per day are not limited. The display can be shown directly from the software. Statistic-Modules New in our analysis is a meaningful statistic module. Here it is possible to view accounts in development of a daily, weekly, monthly, semi annually, annually base. The filter can be selected for an employee or departments, cost centers and locations. Over a defined period of time you can display the development of accounts, such as overtime, bonuses, etc. The reports can be printed in lists as well as graphics. The export to Excel, Word, PDF documents, etc., is been realized with one or two clicks. The statistics module will help to display the individual accounts in your development process and to optimize your staffing costs.
