Luceo goes beyond applicant tracking with an intuitive, cloud-based platform that simplifies the hiring process. We make it easy for recruiters to recruit, hiring managers to engage, and candidates to apply. The first place a recruiter will access the Luceo software is through the recruiter dashboard. The dashboard contains several components of information to effectively manage the recruitment process. There are thirty-six different sections of the dashboard that can be configured based on a client s preferences. The dashboard contains a realtime snapshot of where candidates are throughout the entire process. In addition, key analytics can also be accessed through quick links. One of the sections available on the home page dashboard is: My New Applications to Posted Positions. Most customers choose to prominently display this section in the upper left corner of their home page. Quick links to the new applications by requisition are available, so that recruiters can review each new applicant with just one click. Streamlining collaboration is one of the greatest advantages of Luceo s solution. The system has various access levels to allow recruiters and hiring managers to log in to the system to view all candidates assigned to a requisition. Depending on the defined security levels, recruiters and hiring managers could have complete access to the candidate profiles, attachments, notes and history. The candidate s view can be defined by each client and typically includes the candidate form and attachments. In addition to back office access into the system, Luceo allows hiring managers to view candidate files, (including history, interview/notes, attachments, screening questions and hiring details as desired) approve candidates to continue in the interview process, and approve requisitions through email without logging into the system. There are many different search capabilities in the system, including the client s internal database in Luceo: Quick Search on Luceo s dashboard allows accessing candidate information easily. It is possible to search by first and last name, unique job ID, keyword or any combination. Other fields from the candidate form can be used, if desired. By selecting Search under the Candidates tab in the toolbar, a Boolean search string can be built to conduct a simple keyword search or run a detailed search using any combination of the fields on the search page. In addition, Luceo has a more advanced smart search in beta that enhances keywords to enrich search results. CareerBuilder: The search criteria entered can apply to CareerBuilder s resume database (if the client has an existing agreement for resume database seats with CareerBuilder) and the results can then be entered into the Luceo system. The Luceo system makes it easy to send and track mass messages. Mass email templates can be created and auto populated to pull in key information to personalize the correspondence. Luceo tracks open, click- through and apply rates of each communication. Luceo offers three email options: individual, group, and mass. Mass emails can be sent only to candidates in the system that gave approval to receive information from a given company. Individualized or group emails do not have this restriction. Standard reports and user-generated ad-hoc reports are available with data based on a wide array of fields present in the candidate and requisition areas. There are a variety of ways Luceo stays current with OFCCP and EEO requirements. Luceo meets regularly with industry analysts to understand the latest regulations. In addition, Luceo participates in numerous conferences and trade shows that review compliance. Luceo also meets with companies that were recently audited to understand the true impact of an audit. Some of these conversations were a catalyst to enhance our currently reports that go into more detail the standard compliance offerings that we have seen from other ATS providers. Though Luceo stays up to date on the changing OFCCP and EEO requirements, they do not act as counsel to their clients but instead have developed a flexible solution that allows their clients manage to their interpretation of the requirements. Luceo has several options for recruiters to post jobs. Luceo has partnerships with equest and Multiposting for job distribution. Both companies are integrated with Luceo to make it easy for recruiters to post to external sites. In addition Luceo directly posts to the client s corporate careers page and intranet without having to use a job distributor. If a customer does not elect to use equest or Multiposting and wants to post to sites outside of its network, then they may manually post the jobs. Luceo will configure the software with the sites that the team posts to most frequently so that the software will automatically build an custom link that can be attached to the job posting. With this link, applicants will go directly to the apply page and are tracked back to the correct source. Additional sites can be added easily to the system and will be available for both tracking and reporting. Luceo recognizes that tracking source effectiveness is a critical component for ROI metrics on recruitment spend. When candidates apply to a position, their source is associated with them and is visible in the system. Candidates that apply directly from a client s site will be tagged as career site or any source name preferred. Candidates that came from other sources will have that source associated with them in the system. Recurring sources that are used to import candidates into the software can be automatically populated. For example: If an organization asks all referrals to use referral in the subject line of their email then the system would recognize and tag the candidate as a referral. The goal is to eliminate barriers for candidates to easily connect with potential employers and help their customers interact with great candidates. In today s competitive job market, organizations need to make it easy for candidates to connect and apply to their targeted companies. Luceo provides companies with an easy way to connect with candidates and capture applications while minimizing drop-off. Internal Candidates Internal candidates can apply to opportunities from a custom configured intranet that either the client or Luceo builds. Employers can post jobs to the intranet directly from the Luceo software. Employees can apply either to specific jobs or to the company in general. When applying for a specific job, the employee can upload their resume, which the system parses seamlessly, creating a candidate profile. Employees also have the option to notify the company of their desired job situation including job title, compensation and location. If companies choose to activate this option, then employees data will be matched against requisitions. The internal application makes it easy for employees to apply for new opportunities. All employee candidates are differentiated with color coding so it is easy for recruiters to quickly identify internal candidates vs. those applying from outside a given company. External Candidates External candidates can apply to open positions directly from the company s career page. Candidates can search from a list of open opportunities, view the job description, requirements and other information, and apply easily and quickly. Employers can post jobs to the external career site directly from Luceo. In addition, job advertisements located on other sources can also be pointed directly to the apply page so that the candidate experience is fluid. A key differentiator from most robust ATS solutions is that Luceo does not require that candidates register and log in before they apply. Although Luceo has the candidate log-in feature, it is not mandatory or recommended as research shows that requiring candidates to log in increases drop off. documents uploaded by the candidate are immediately parsed with relevant information fielded on the candidate form reducing the need for data entry. The candidates apply page captures the necessary information needed to create searchable profiles accessible in the Luceo software. Employers can develop screening questions for each job type or requisition, which helps recruiters prioritize candidates. Another way that Luceo optimizes candidate experience is that applicants from job postings on external sites are sent directly to the apply page on a customer s career site. Linking the apply page to external job sites helps to maximize application conversion. In addition, the system tags the source of the candidate and stores it for accurate source reporting. Analyst Insights Legacy applicant tracking systems are clunky and difficult to navigate, and offer little more than tools to manage the most basic talent acquisition workflows. Luceo is far more robust, offering advanced toolsets without sacrificing usability. In fact, Luceo s strengths lie largely in its ease of use and this is by design.
