ETHERNET FIRST MILE (EFM) EFM delivers uncontended connectivity over copper pairs, 2 copper pairs or 4 copper pairs. EFM bridges a gap between Broadband (ADSL or Fibre) and Leased Lines (dedicated fibre connection to the premises). Because EFM offers a 5 hour guaranteed fix service level agreement, it is suitable for business critical applications but at a fraction of the cost of a leased line.
