The intent of this inspection was to identify materials containing asbestos and lead, within the subject site, that may be impacted during planned renovation activities. Work Order Scope of Work: Conduct an additional survey of the building now that it is unoccupied, to accompany the original demolition survey (Report #11804) conducted at the building in 2011. Report Limitations: The information contained in this report pertains only to the specific area defined in the above scope of work. This summarized report is for reference purposes, only.
