SIMPLE MONITORING OF LINK STATUS, i.e. TTC ASIC READY DCS COMMUNICATION IS VIA A CANbus NODE ON THE TCM, AND USING A MULTIDROP BUS ON THE BACKPLANE TO EACH MODULE SLOT.
