FleetBoard Time Recording. Plan your tours based on current remaining driving time forecasts to conform with legal requirements. Along with the display of recorded and available driving, working and rest times, FleetBoard offers a lot of additional helpful information for effective planning. This includes comprehensive prognoses, such as: Start of shift Number of rest time reductions taken Number of driving time extensions Date for the beginning of the next daily or weekly rest time Overview of all activities Along with the tachograph time groups, the Time Recording service also supplies the name of the vehicle, odometer reading, the average speed as well as the time stamp and position of the vehicle. FleetBoard Mass Memory Download: DEKRA-certified and legally compliant to save time and money. Minimise your expenses for reading tachograph data. With the Mass Memory Download service, this is completely automated from your desk. The FleetBoard TiiRec on-board computer is connected to the digital tachograph in the vehicle via an interface, thus permitting the automatic download of the data. Therefore, the company card always remains in the company and is connected to your computer with a card reader. Minimise your administration costs Saving all the information from the digital tachograph in the Daimler AG data centre fulfils the legal requirements in the scope of archiving obligations. All downloads due are monitored automatically and performed within the mandatory requirements of 90 days. The data can be evaluated with standard analysis programs. We take care of your legal archiving obligations The service enables the regular transfer of data from the digital tachograph at any time and place, regardless of the vehicle location a tangible benefit regarding the legally required archiving obligations, even if the driver and vehicle are absent for longer periods. 5
FleetBoard Driver Card Download Read out and archive directly from the vehicle simply, securely and DEKRA-certified. So secure, so simple, so flexible: the Driver Card Download service enables the driver card to be read directly in the vehicle, regardless of the tachograph installed. The only thing you need for this is the FleetBoard TiiRec on-board computer. On the safe side of the law The service enables the regular transfer of data at any time and place, regardless of the vehicle position. This only requires simply inserting the driver card in the on-board computer. This transfers the driver card data to the FleetBoard server. The driver card data can be downloaded as often as desired. This fulfils all legal archiving obligations: the data remains stored on the FleetBoard servers for at least 12 months. Directly on your screen Using your personal access data, you can load driver card data directly onto your computer. The data can be evaluated with standard analysis programs. 6
