The EOBR includes Qualcomm applications that help you better manage your fleet s CSA and HOS compliance. Starting at $19.95* a month (SRP), available on the MCP50, MCP110, and MCP200. The EOBR includes the following applications and features: Qualcomm Hours of Service (QHOS) is an electronic on-board recorder (EOBR) application that helps you manage compliance. It automatically creates driver logs that are fully compliant with the latest rules and regulations of the FMCSA. CSA Safety Performance Service (CSA SPS) Basic provides comprehensive reporting on FMCSA Safety Measurement System (SMS) scoring data at the individual driver, group and fleet levels. CSA SPS helps you manage compliance issues before they lead to fines, violations, or interventions from the FMCSA. Our Vehicle Inspection Report (VIR) is a simple, cost-effective, closed-loop process for completing driver vehicle inspection reports (DVIRs).
