For the tenth time in the history the FIS World Cup sprint competition will take place around the Royal Palace in Stockholm. In the frame of the World CUP FINAL 2013 in Sweden. We are very proud of the assignment. Our purpose is to offer a fair and exciting competition with the world s most famous crosscountry skiers in a fantastic environment with enthusiastic spectators. Practical information Athletes Accommodation Hotels for competition RPS 2013 are Sjöfartshotellet, www.scandichotels.se/sjofartshotellet (for the teams), First Hotel Reisen www.firsthotels.com/reisen ( other offials) Hotels in Stockholm, due to the FIS accommodation rules, will be paid by each team Captain at check out times before leaving Stockholm. Accreditation The accreditations you already received for the season will be used and are approved even for this World Cup Final. If you have lost it, please contact Race Office and you will have a temporary accreditation. Attachés To order transport, please contact the Attachés/Transport group in Race office. Final entries must be present on the special entry form. You can get this form at the Race Office or at the hotels from Tuesday. These entries must be delivered to Race Office at the latest 16.00 on Tuesday 19 th of March. Bibs and Captains meeting Start bibs and start lists for the Prologue will be distributed at the Race office on Wednesday 20 th of March, at 11.30 (after the Captains meeting No I which will take place at 11.00). Start bibs for the Finals will be distributed at the Captains meeting No II, which will take place on Wednesday 20 th of March, at 15.15. TCM take place at the Mynkabinettet. Car Parking The organizer have prepared parking lots for the team nations, close to the arena. The parking tickets will be distributed at Race Office, together with a parking map (arena overview). The parking s will be marked with a nation flag. There will be at least one parking lot per nation. Then the major nations will have one or two extra. The nations that disposes a wax cabin will receive a parking lot adjacent to its cabin. Parking at the hotels: If you need parking places at the hotel, you will order this directly at the hotel. Waxing Facilities There will be wax cabins for all nations at YTTRE BORGGÅRDEN (except for the nations bringing their wax truck). FIS Family room is located at the Royal Coin Cabinet (Myntkabinettet), Hörsalen Transport to Falun after the race After the race Wednesday, March 20th, there will be buses departing to Falun at specific times. Buses depart from the Gustav III's statue, which is located on Skeppsbron, across the street from the starting area. Light evening meal will be served in the buses during the trip to Falun. The buses finally arrives at Scandic Hotel in Falun. In Falun it serves an evening meal at the hotel.
