This addendum is being issued to modify the scope of the bid. It is the intention of this addendum to remove all references to maintaining the chillers and pumps from this bid solicitation. Equipment consists of various brands of split systems as well as Trane Water Cooled Screw Chillers and Carrier Air-cooled Liquid Chillers. Repair will be limited to minor repairs not-to-exceed $1,500 such as minor leaks, switches, relays, or other small parts identified when conducting scheduled maintenance, not to include the replacement of any major components. This contract will include equipment located at SAWS facilities throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas.
