Solution The most of those problems occurs in cause of an installation problem of the SSL VPN Client. Please follow these steps to reinstall your SSL VPN Client: 1. Go to Start Settings Control Panel 2. Open Add or Remove Programs 3. Select the Citrix Access Gateway Plugin and click on Remove 4. Reboot your computer 5. Deactivate your Personal Firewall (eg. Checkpoint Zone Alarm, Norman Personal Firewall, Norton Internet Security) 6. Go to Start Run, type services.msc and click OK 7. Verify that the status of the Windows Firewall Service is NOT Started 8. Open an Internet Explorer and login to MyPlace. At this first login you should use Internet Explorer to ensure the complete installation of the client.
