Fleet Hero Conference The Fleet Hero Conference brings together fleet managers from all sectors, influential stakeholders from Government, and the automotive community to learn about fleet best practice. It is an opportunity to share insights and experiences in running a sustainable fleet, and network with sector colleagues. Past speakers include: Department of Transport Enterprise Rent-a-Car Environment Agency Red Bull UK Route Monkey Volkswagen Wilmott Dixon Fleet Hero Awards The Energy Saving Trust Fleet Hero Awards is celebrating its 10 th year of recognising organisations that successfully reduce their fleet s environmental impact. 11 awards are up for grabs by organisations that are proactively reducing fuel bills and lowering emissions for fleets. Whether by improving management or introducing technological solutions, the Fleet Hero Awards gives fleets and automotive manufacturers the opportunity to shine. Summary of sponsorship opportunities There are two sponsorship packages available: Silver Sponsor an individual Fleet Hero Award category. As a silver sponsor your company logo, profile, services and achievements will feature across our event microsite, marketing collateral and press communications. You ll receive a Fleet Hero Award 2015 Sponsor logo for use in your marketing and three guest spaces for the conference and awards ceremony. Gold Sponsor an individual Fleet Hero Award category and support the Fleet Hero Conference. In addition to all the benefits of silver sponsorship you ll have the opportunity to exhibit and speak at the Fleet Hero Conference, present your award category to the winner, receive a short video on your involvement as a sponsor and two additional guest spaces. 8,000 + VAT 4,000 + VAT

Format and venue The Fleet Hero Conference will take place at the London Transport Museum in the afternoon and will comprise of a networking lunch, keynote speeches and workshops. Delegates have the opportunity to visit the museum s exhibitions free of charge before and after the conference proceedings. Following the conference, the Fleet Hero Awards will take place in the London Transport Museum s main galleries. The awards are informal and guests can network over delicious bowl food and drinks, and enjoy the museum s exhibitions after hours.
