Finance & Administration Manager The Finance & Administration Manager will be responsible for the accounts, procurement and human resources functions in Ghana. Qualifications: Minimum of three (3) years work experience in an accounting role Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance CPA or ACCA Competencies: Highly detail oriented with strong leadership, planning and organising, analytical, evaluative and decision making skills and interpersonal sensitivity. The will be responsible for the production, stock and procurement functions in Ghana. Title: Country Director Department: Finance Job Summary: To oversee the operation of the accounts, procurement and human resources functions of Alive & Kicking Ghana. Key Duties: Set up accounting, procurement and human resources management procedures. To ensure proper accounting processes as per set procedures using MYOB Accounts Package. Regularise and ensure compliance to set procedures in the procurement processes. Supervise the procurement of all raw materials. Ensure timely processing of salaries and benefits of organisational staff through the payroll. Ensure timely submission of PAYE, VAT and NHIL returns and/or any other statutory deductions as may be required. Enforce stock control processes and oversee their execution. He/she will ensure the efficient production of Alive & Kicking s balls and that they are made to the highest standards of workmanship in an organized, safe and healthy environment. Key Duties: Design, document and implement a production process that covers Interpretation of clients requirements Ball printing Ball manufacture Quality Control Finishing & Packaging Storage & Dispatch Stock control Tasks will include: Maintain effective internal controls and up to date process/procedures documentation for production process In conjunction with the Finance & Administration Manager, ensure sufficient supply of raw materials including panel sets, bladders and all printing and stitching consumables sourced either within or outside of Ghana Manage the printing department s work. Job Context: This is an office based position where key duties will be carried out within the office premises. Supervisory Responsibilities: The shall take managerial responsibility for all production and stock control staff approximately 15 at the commencement of production, rising to 50 at the end of year one.
