A press CONF to put B and C in 3 way conference. A hang up the call, B and C are in call. Call Park/Pickup (requires PBX support) Check VoiceMail Call Forward Do Not Disturb A calls B, B picks up call. B press HOLD and TRANSFER and dials extension 700. PBX gives B a new number, e.g. 701. B hang up the call. B goes to another Phone and dials the assigned new number, B and A in call again. A's Phone's VMS is light. A calls 1603 to retrieve the voice mail. Or A calls 1604 and dial the user extension and password to retrieve the voice mail. Press FWD and to enable, press FWD again to disable. Forward number can be set in LCD menu or WEB GUI. Press DND to enable, press DND again to disable

Connect ipskpsip to your LAN Phone WAN port use DHCP client by default Connect the Phone s WAN port to LAN where there is a DHCP server assigning IP address, in Phone s LCD screen press MENU+4+5 to check phone s IP address Open Firefox browser and access the Phone s internal web server http://[phone IP Address]:9999 user name: root password: test 9

Login to the Phone s WEB GUI Please note the correct web server address is http://[ip phone address]:9999 Use default information to login to phone s web GUI User name: root Password: test Please use Firefox to access Phone s web GUI, IE and other browser are not fully supported in this software. 10

Save and Apply Changes Please remember to save changes every time you make changes to the settings, after saving the phone will automatically restart to make change effective 13

SIP Configuration Phone supports 3 SIP realms each can have individual SIP server setup, e.g. 3 different service providers Standard SIP registration information, don t forget to enable account Message Waiting Indicator enable for voice mail service 14

Auto Configuration Phone supports automatically configure the phone based on phone s MAC address through HTTP, FTP and TFTP protocols The file path in web server 15

Firmware Automatic Update Phone supports automatically software and firmware upgrade through HTTP, FTP and TFTP protocols. Specify the server information here 16

Other Phone Features Other phone features such as call forwarding, time server, handset/speaker volume and gain, call waiting, softkey, hotline and alarm clock can be set using phone features menu 17

How to Setup PPTV VPN Client Special notes VPN is can be only setup in WAN port Disable LAN DHCP server, assign LAN port IP address according to your local networking information, and connect both WAN and LAN to the network After VPN is established, the web GUI is only accessible from LAN port Steps to setup Phone as PPTP VPN client Setup SIP registration information, save and reboot Setup PPTP authentication information, save and reboot When system boot up, check MENU+4+5 for VPN client IP address 18
