Please do not hesitate to contact him. 1. Crew Promoter's technical crew: Technical manager of the venue. Electric engineer in charge of the venue powering. Lighting operator/designer. Monitoring sound engineer with full access to all equipment. Stage manager. Any person working on the show must attend from the Artist's arrival at the venue until the show is fully de-rigged. 2. Sound Front of House mixing position should ideally be 2/3-1/3 in the middle of the audience. The stage desk or monitor mix desk must be on either side of the platform. This system will have to be ready, all lines checked, under the responsibility of a technical supervisor. He will especially have to take care of the PA disposition, the electrical powering quality, and the location of the mixing desks. Please provide side fills, front fills and delayed system if needed by the setting/size of the venue. The system must provide a power of 1kw for 100 pers. with a minimum of 10kw. The system must be wired in stereo and provide 115DB at the desk without distortion and this to preserve the headroom indispensable for sound quality. We respect acoustic pressure level regulations. Processors must be at the desk and all settings ready to be modified if needed.

Professional quality cables Quality BASS DI for double bass IMPORTANT : The band needs (1) hour for sound check, minimum. The show lasts about 90 minutes with no interval but can also be 2 sets of 45 minutes with interval. Consult artist prior to performance. No alterations, amendments or exclusions to any part of the technical rider are permitted without the express prior written consent of Artist s or her Sound Engineer and require counter-signature for approval. The concert cannot start without the agreement of the Artist. Artist shall have sole control over all creative elements of the Performance including but not limited to material selection, lighting and sound direction. 3. Backline Promoter agrees to provide, at promoter's sole cost and expense: Piano: 1 grand piano Yamaha S series over 6 long, NO BABY GRAND Steinway & Sons, Bosendorfer or Fazioli are also welcome. Piano must be on stage before band's arrival and tuned at A440. The first tuning must be done around 1PM (Before PA EQ. & Sound check). The final adjustment will be done at the latest one hour before opening doors. The piano tuner will have to be present during the sound check. Piano must be cleaned up between rehearsal and performance. The sound engineer will insert microphones inside the piano, please check with piano rental company for their approval.

Yamaha, Selmer etc. 2 Saxophone stands, One big enough for the Baritone Sax and a second one for an Alto Sax. One Korg Kronos keyboard with stand and pedals, set up at the saxophone position. If no Kronos available, Nord Stage or Roland RD-700. Accessories: VERY IMPORTANT 2 bar stools (preferably wood), no back, 70 cm height. 1 clear glass carafe. 1 large wine glass. Night stand or very small table, or flight case covered with black fabric 4. Stage a) Indoors stage: Size: 8m depth, 10m wide and 1m to 5m around should be free of any obstruction. The stage floor must be covered with a black carpet. The stage sides must be dressed with black fabric type M1. The stairs must be fitted with guardrails and well lit. Any change of levels on stage must be shown by a white tape. The stage must be certified for a weight of 500 kg/m2. All cables must be safely routed (and stick with gaffer tape if necessary). 12 small bottles of still water at room temperature 7 small dark hand towels b) Outdoors stage: Promoter will ensure that the stage is properly covered and waterproof in case of rain Promoter must have appropriate waterproof cover ready to use to protect instruments in case of bad weather. In case of insufficient security level, the tour manager reserves the right to cancel the show.
CHINA MOSES TECHNICAL RIDER BREAKING POINT - 2015 8 5. Lights Setting up and operating must be done by Promoter s technical team under the supervision of the Artist and her crew. All light devices will be monitored from the light board, including black out. The light board must be located next to the Sound Engineer who will guide the light technician for blackouts and varied atmospheres depending on the set list. If using traditional lighting (tungsten/halogen), the light technician will ensure to keep a constant light on the piano in order to avoid temperature variations (piano gets out of tune very easily) Deep colors such as red, mauve and amber will be used to create a warm atmosphere (no green). Lighting will be mainly made with showers and backlight with minimum front light. You can focus on musician positions according to the stage plot.
CHINA MOSES TECHNICAL RIDER BREAKING POINT - 2015 9 TRANSPORTATON & LODGING 1. Transportation: International air fares Ground transportation includes, but is not limited to the transport of all band and crew to and from airport(s), train station(s), venue(s), Promoter arranged publicity and engagement related events. The vehicle must carry 6 persons and their equipment (incl. double bass if not flying). 2. Lodging: A 4**** hotel or more, quiet and near to the venue. If departure before 5:30 close to train station or airport. 1 suite with queen or king size bed and 5 single rooms, all with en suite bathroom, WC, TV, Mini bar and FREE or PREPAID WIFI access. Breakfast included. The transfer vehicle should be able to park easily in front of the hotel with no security issues. SECURITY, HOSPITALITY & CATERING 1. Security Promoter agrees to provide security personnel before, during, and after the Performance adequate to insure the safety of Artist, Artist s crew, and their property and equipment. Promoter agrees to provide adequate secured parking at all times for vehicles provided by Promoter to Producer and/or for vehicles belonging to Artist or Artist s crew. Promoter assumes responsibility for any loss or injury resulting from lack of adequate protection backstage, on-stage and in the auditorium and/or on the property of the venue, as well as for loss of vehicles and/or their contents resulting from lack of adequate security for vehicles for which secured parking is provided. Promoter will provide backstage passes to the Artist for the crew and 14 passes for the guests. Promoter will only allow backstage access to bearers of backstage passes. Promoter shall post signs indicating that all cellular phones must be switched off during the Performance. Promoter will ensure that first aid basics are available near the dressing rooms. A doctor must be easily reachable if needed.

Dressing room Two (2) separate, clean and comfortable dressing rooms that must lock with a key (keys to be given tot he road manager upon arrival). One dressing room is for China the other one for the band. The space must be large enough to welcome 6 persons. They will be heated or cooled at a temperature of about 24 C. If the dressing rooms are in a tent, supply additional heaters or A/C. The WIFI code must be clearly displayed on each room's wall. The dressing rooms are only accessible to bearers of backstage passes. The dressing rooms will be near the stage. The way to the stage must be clearly indicated. Each dressing room will be equipped with: 5 power sockets minimum 1 full-length mirror 1 3-seater sofa Several seats Shower and WC Tables and waste basket Soap and towels For China Moses, the dressing room will also be equipped with: 1 ironing board 1 steam generator (or steam iron) fairly new and clean bottom. 1 large lighted mirror for applying makeup.

Catering Promoter will provide: 1 buffet for six (6) persons available in the dressing rooms at Crew load-in a mix of salad, cherry tomatoes, and cocktail vegetables (cucumber, carrot, radish...) sliced in sticks with hummus and tzatziki. 1 tray of assorted Deli Meat (cold chicken, salmon, prawns, varied cooked pork products...) 1 tray of assorted cheeses Seasonal fruits Bread, butter, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, olive oil. Sweets: dried fruits, nuts (almonds and walnuts), please no candy. Plates, napkins, glasses, forks, knifes, spoons etc. Beverages: Everything needed to prepare coffee and herbal teas (camomille, verveine etc.) fresh ginger, fresh lemon, sugar, honey, cups, spoons and milk Individual drinks: Coca-Cola, Red Bull 1 organic cherry or grape juice 1 organic apple juice 10 lager beers 3 bottles of still mineral water, 1,5L 1 bottle of sparkling mineral water, 1,5L 2 bottles of quality light RED wine: Bourgogne, Gamay, Crozes Hermitage 1 corkscrew and 10 glasses 1 bottle of Champagne: Moët et Chandon Brut Imperial, Veuve Cliquot (that we will share with you after the performance) On stage for the performance: 12 small bottles of still water 50cl, at room temperature 7 small dark hand towels Dinner: 6 x 3-course dinners: starter, main and dessert. The meal will consist of meat (either chicken or red meat) or fish with starch (rice, pasta, potato) and vegetables. Musicians should have the option to take their meals independently, before or after the performance, depending on the schedule and appetite. If the band arrives before 2pm, please provide lunch. In case the band has to eat out, the face-value of the buy-out voucher is 20. Please provide IN CASH.
CHINA MOSES TECHNICAL RIDER BREAKING POINT - 2015 12 Publicity, Promotion and Marketing Promoter will provide a full pressbook with all the cuts from the press campaign at the latest one month after the Performance. 1. Billing & Publicity Artist shall be referred to as CHINA MOSES - Breaking Point as shown : CHINA MOSES BREAKING POINT This includes (but not limited to) tickets, paid newspaper advertising, publicity releases, programs, fliers, posters, signs, billboards and marquees. Promoters agrees that all photographs, biographical information and other material provided by Producer/Artist to Promoter shall be and remain the property of Producer, and shall be used only in connection with the promotion and publicity of the Engagement. Promoter agrees not to use Artist s name and/or likeness, directly or indirectly, to sponsor, endorse, promote, or otherwise suggest an affiliation with any commercial product, company or service, unless prior agreement with the Artist at least 30 days before the show. Artist shall not be scheduled or committed to appear at any press conference, interview or signing without the express written consent of Producer. 2. Tickets Promoter shall provide Artist with fourteen (14) complimentary tickets for each Performance. Any tickets not used by Artist will be returned to Promoter on the day of the Performance. 3. Merchandising Artist shall have the sole and exclusive right, but not the obligation, to sell merchandise in connection with and at the performance, including but not limited to recordings, posters, T-shirts and other articles of apparel, souvenirs and programs, and Promoter shall have no interest in or claim to any receipts from such sales. Promoter will provide a suitable space with one table, two seats and good lighting, heater if outside, 2 large black felt tip markers. In the event the Artist decides not to sell merchandises himself, an agreement with the Promoter can be established and terms agreed upon.

Interview requests All publicity requests including, but not limited to phone interviews, in-person interviews, television or radio appearances must be submitted to Artist s publicist with no less than seventy-two (72) hours advance notice. 5. Internet, social networks, online Artist reserves all rights to any online streaming video and/or audio content. No still photos, footage or audio may be posted to any website without Artist s publicist s prior written consent. 6. Photography No photography permitted during sound check unless authorized by artist All photo passes shall be validated by the Artist. Photographers agree to provide e-mail address and contact number as well as various shots in low resolution (150 dpi) for use on the Artist's website and Artist's other promotional channels. In exchange, a hyperlink leading back to the photographer's website will be set-up. The photo credit may appear on the image but should not disturb its reading. No watermarks. Photographs are only permitted during numbers 2, 3 and 4 of the show and during encores. No photography permitted during the first song or ballads. No flash photography permitted. No video recording permitted unless written agreement of Artist.
CHINA MOSES TECHNICAL RIDER BREAKING POINT - 2015 14 7. Recording Promoter may not record, film, tape, videotape, broadcast, or otherwise capture, or transmit without capturing, any portion of the performance or any rehearsal therefore without the express prior written agreement of Artist. No archival recordings are permitted. In the event that Promoter and/or Promoter s agents, servants, employees or contractors reproduce or cause to be reproduced the Performance in the form of film, audio tapes, video tapes, compact discs, or any other means of audio or visual reproduction, without prior written permission of Artist, Promoter shall deliver all such reproductions (together with any and all masters, negatives, and other means of reproduction thereof) to Artist at Promoter s sole cost and expense. Promoter shall take all practicable measures to prevent unauthorized capture or transmission of the Performance by others. Such measures shall include, at a minimum: Posting signs prohibiting recording devices in the venue. Instructing security and ticket personnel to prohibit ticket-holders from entering the venue carrying audio audiovisual recording devices. Producer/Artist shall have the right to record, film, videotape or otherwise capture all or part of the Performance or rehearsal therefore without charge to Producer/Artist. Promoter shall allow Producer/Artist such access to the facilities in which the Performance occurs as is reasonably necessary for Producer/Artist s practical exercise of this right, without charge to Producer/Artist. 8. Confidentiality All terms of this Agreement are deemed confidential and shall not be divulged, described, duplicated, disseminated or shared in part or in whole by any means or methods, including, but not limited to press releases, interviews, social media, online outlets, etc. The Confidentiality provisions of this agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
