3 LIGHT Notes A pre-mounted light is essential Lee filter of colour are the responsibility of the organizer, the table (patch) attached as appendix provides references and sizes of filters in order to prepare them before we arrived. To achieve light adaptation of the show to our room, it s necessary to send the light manager of the Cie, (if possible one month before the show) a detailed plan with all systems of hang projectors. He will send you back a layout for your room light at least one week before the pre-implantation. In all cases the adaptation, implantation, and the list of equipment must be adapted to the room in agreement with the lighting manager of Cie. 4 PLANNING Pre-assembly of light and sound in advance by the technical team of the placement 4 services of 4 hours The day before the performance The stage and lights have to be installed before the arrival of our technical crew who arrive the day before the performance. Catering: thank you to prepare a catering lodge for the entire company, in sufficient quantity and that 2 hours before each performance. Sodas (coca) mineral water, juices, coffee and tea, honey and an assortment of biscuits and energy bars. Snack: salads, chickens breast (no meat) plate of cheese, bread, especially fresh fruits.

The organizer will provide the personnel qualified for the tasks set and to provide the requested materials complete, in good working order and in compliance with current safety standards II. Staff must be removed the same as installing. III. The organizer will provide the tools needed for assembly and the small current conventional materials (screwdriver, stilted, scotch, dance floor, blundering, spare lamp, batteries...) IV. At the contract signing, the sheet should be returned by the organizer, initialed, signed and marked "read and approved." The organizer, Stamp and signature marked "read and approved."
