From the moment they begin their studies, our MBA students are immersed in an international environment. Typically, there are over 30 nationalities represented in each MBA class. The majority of students have already worked in an international environment and, during the programme, they undertake consultancy both within and outside the UK - gaining several hundred hours of live business experience. With this depth of international exposure, you can be sure that our MBAs have a unique insight into global business. Here are the profiles of some of our MBAs: A 26 year old French Assistant Manager with five years experience in Events Management and Shipping in Switzerland. Post-MBA: Operational role with AMEX in Brighton A 33 year old British Army Officer with seven years experience post- Sandhurst training. Post-MBA: Joined Deloitte Consulting s Public Sector practice. A 28 year old Indian with five years experience in Customer Operations with P&O Nedlloyd. Post-MBA: Joined DHL Logistics as Product Manager Connecting with our MBAs There are many ways in which you can interact with MBA students. Choose any option on its own, or work with our Career Management Service to combine options and develop a creative approach that best suits your requirements. Internships and projects Internships and projects provide a great opportunity for recruiters to assess the quality, calibre, drive and fit of potential MBA recruits. By employing an intern to carry out specific projects you can benefit from cost-effective consultancy. You can also use the internship or project as an assessment tool to evaluate a student s suitability for future permanent positions. First year students are assessed and supervised throughout the internship or project by an academic tutor. You can advertise opportunities from October - May, the 8-12 week projects are completed between June - September. Second year students: available from April for project work. You can advertise opportunities from February to start from April onwards (duration negotiable). Full-time positions Whether as part of an MBA recruitment programme, or arising from general business requirements, we can promote your full-time vacancies through a number of communication channels, including selected social media, email updates and intranet postings - ensuring your message is delivered to a target audience of around 150 Full-time MBA students. Advertising is completely free of charge, making it one of the most cost effective recruitment methods. On-campus You can also connect with MBA students by participating in our inaugural Careers Week (end of January) or by booking a standalone company presentation (October - March) to promote your organisation.

The Career Management Service is a highly valued resource within the School that provides a tailored careers offering to our Full-time MBA students. It is staffed by dedicated Advisors with years of recruitment experience. Coupled with their sector specific knowledge, this ensures they are able to help you streamline your selection process, whether for short-term project work or full-time positions. Our approach Student profiles Each Advisor is responsible for a selection of business sectors and access to a group of students looking to make an impact in that market. Identifying students with the right background and calibre to succeed in your organisation is what we do best. We work with students throughout their studies, promoting internship/ project and job opportunities. Through dedicated coaching, honing of interview techniques, and advice on the application process, we ensure that they are prepared to succeed in their internship and full-time job search. Each year we produce two CV books, one for full-time recruitment and one for internship opportunities. The CV books contain a one page summary of each of our students, providing a thorough overview of their professional experience. The CV books are designed to demonstrate the students experiences and suitability to work with your organisation as an intern, or on a project or as a full-time hire.
