The graduate programme: is a two year rotational programme offering on the job training experience for new and recent graduates. the programme focuses on providing participants with leadership development opportunities and real time tailored personal growth opportunities. 8 SuCCeSS Story Mohamed abdulrazzaq Senior relationship Manager, Business Banking I joined HSBC in 2006 as a graduate trainee within Commercial Banking and today I am a Senior Manager managing one of the larger portfolios in the Bank. If I had to describe this journey I would say my career to date has been very intense, exciting and fast developing. HSBC has given me the opportunity of expanding my horizons by sending me for training in London and providing me a chance to work in Hong Kong where I worked with colleagues to further capture business flows between the Middle east and asia Pacific regions, as well as handling a portfolio of european clients in the international banking team. HSBC has been instrumental in supporting me becoming a true corporate banker, providing me with world class skills in credit, sales, emotional intelligence and a huge network within the finance industry. HSBC is truly one of the best organisations to start your career with and more importantly it develops you into a true professional.
