The course meets the Advanced Level knowledge requirements of the CIPD for upgrading to the professional grades of membership. Students will be working in the HRM/people management field, and this course is designed to enhance their ability within their current job role, and prepare them for promotion. Application for individual Chartered Membership of the CIPD is open to those who pass this course. This course shares a common first year (semesters one and two) with our MA Managing Human Resources. You will not need to decide whether to pursue the Diploma or MA until the end of semester two.
