1 Browser Settings for Optimal Site Performance With the constant upgrades to browsers and to City National s systems, an occasional problem may develop with your browser and our program compatibility. Many of these issues can be resolved by adding City National s online service url to your browsers as a trusted site and adding it to your compatibility view. Below, we provide instructions for each supported browser type: Internet Explorer Chrome Firefox Internet Explorer For Internet Explorer, you can add City National s online services urls as follows: Trusted Site Settings Making our secure City National urls Trusted Sites will improve compatibility with our site as browsers are updated. 1. Click the Tools menu (either on top right side or top left side of browser window). 2. Click the Internet Options menu item.

2 3. On the Internet Options box, click the Security tab 4. Select Trusted Sites and click the Trusted Sites button

3 5. Enter each of the following websites as appropriate to your list of trusted sites ( zone ) and select Add Business Online and Treasury Net *.webcashmgmt.com Bill Pay - *.billsupport.com E-Deposit - *.cnb.com 6. Select Close

4 Allow Cookies Settings This setting will ensure that our site can place our cookies on your machine as appropriate to improve your user experience. 1. On the Internet Options box, click the Privacy tab. 2. Select Sites on the Privacy tab. 3. In the Manage Sites box, enter the following websites in the Address of website field, then click Allow. The following three websites may be used, depending upon your service: Business Online and Treasury Net *.webcashmgmt.com Bill Pay - *.billsupport.com E-Deposit - *.cnb.com

5 4. Click OK to accept the sites entered. Pop-up Blocker Exception This setting will allow pop-ups only from City National sites, which allow you to receive all messages and images within our secure site. 1. From the same Privacy tab, select Settings under Pop-up Blocker

6 2. Enter the following sites as exceptions, which will allow optimal user experience while you are using these systems. Business Online and Treasury Net *.webcashmgmt.com Bill Pay - *.billsupport.com E-Deposit - *.cnb.com 3. Select Close.

7 Compatibility View Settings After setting your browser as shown above, if the Treasury Net or E-Deposit pages still do not display normally, you may also want to change Web Compatibility View Settings as shown below. This will allow the site to be displayed as if you were viewing them in a previous version of Internet Explorer, which will often correct display problems.. 1. Enter the following sites for compatibility view: Business Online and Treasury Net *.webcashmgmt.com Bill Pay - *.billsupport.com E-Deposit - *.cnb.com

8 Chrome Browser Fix Chrome Browsers may be adjusted as follows: 1. Click the control dropdown menu and select the Settings menu item. 2. On the Settings Screen scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link identified as Show Advanced Settings.

9 3. Scroll down to the Privacy section and click the Content Settings button. 4. On the Content Settings window, click Allow local data to be set, then click Manage exceptions and DONE. 5. The Cookies setting will ensure that our site can place cookies on your machine as appropriate to improve your user experience. On the Cookie and site data exceptions window, enter the following site data, as required for City National services you use, then click the drop next to the entry field and select Allow on the drop down, then click DONE. a. Business Online and Treasury Net [*.]webcashmgmt.com b. Bill Pay - [*.]billsupport.com c. E-Deposit - [*.]cnb.com Repeat this step for each web site to be added. (NOTE: The brackets are required in the above field entries for Chrome.)

10 Pop-Up Blocker Adjustments This setting will allow pop-ups from City National sites, which allow you to receive all messages and images within our secure site. 1. Go to the tools menu, as described above. 2. Scroll down to Privacy and click Content settings

11 3. Scroll down to Pop-ups and click Manage exceptions... 4. Enter the applicable domains, with the Behavior set to Allow, then press Enter. Click Done after adding the final domain. The domains are: a. Business Online and Treasury Net [*.]webcashmgmt.com b. Bill Pay [*.]billsupport.com c. E-Deposit [*.]cnb.com (NOTE: The brackets are required in the above field entries for Chrome.)

12 Trusted Site Settings Making our secure City National URLs part of your Trusted Sites will improve compatibility with our site as browsers are updated. This will allow the optimal user experience while you are using these systems. 1. Go to the advanced tools menu, as described above. 2. Scroll down to the Network Options menu item and click Change proxy settings. 3. On the Internet Options box, click the Security tab 4. Click Trusted Sites and then click the Sites button

14 5. Enter each of the following websites as appropriate and select Add: a. Business Online and Treasury Net *.webcashmgmt.com b. Bill Pay - *.billsupport.com c. E-Deposit - *.cnb.com NOTE: In this section of entry, the brackets are NOT required in Chrome. 6. Select Close

15 Firefox Browser Fix Firefox does not support the Trusted Site feature that is supported by Chrome and Internet Explorer. However, you may enable your Firefox Browser to be compatible with our systems and enjoy the best user experience by following the instructions below: Firefox Browsers may be adjusted as follows: 1. Click the Tools control dropdown menu and select the Options menu item. Note that, Firefox Options may be in a drop down menu from the upper left tab shown below:

16 2. Click the Privacy Tab. Then, under History/Firefox will: click the dropdown menu and select Use custom settings for history. 3. Next, to the right side of Accept cookies from sites, click the Exceptions button. 4. On the Exceptions Cookies window, enter the following site data, as required for City National services you use, then click Allow. a. Business Online and Treasury Net *.webcashmgmt.com b. Bill Pay - *.billsupport.com c. E-Deposit - *.cnb.com Click Close when all applicable sites are added.

17 Adjusting Pop-up Blocker In order to enable our systems to provide status information and dialog boxes for your input, you must enable pop-up windows for the sites providing the services. 1. Go to the Options menu box, and click the Content tab. 2. Click the Exceptions button next to Block pop-up windows 3. Enter the domain name of the websites used to provide your City National services, then click Allow. Click Close after the last domain has been added. a. Business Online and Treasury Net *.webcashmgmt.com b. Bill Pay - *.billsupport.com c. E-Deposit - *.cnb.com

18 4. Click OK to exit the Options window.
