DEPARTMENT S ROLE Licensing: The Department reviews Cmpetitive Supplier and Electricity Brker license applicatins and annual renewals. 220 C.M.R. 11.05; 14.05. Infrmatin Disclsure: The Department is respnsible fr ensuring that custmers are presented with cnsistent infrmatin n the services ffered by cmpetitive suppliers. 220 C.M.R. 11.06. Cnsumer Cmplaints; Billing and Terminatin Cmpliance: The Department ensures that Suppliers, Brkers, and Agents cmply with ur billing and terminatin regulatins and reslve cnsumer cmplaints as necessary. 220 C.M.R. 11.05; 11.07 Municipal Aggregatin: The Department renews and apprves municipal aggregatin plans.
