Our first class amenities and attention to detail guarantee it will be an event that will be cherished for a lifetime. Tuscan Ballroom 1600 sq. ft. Ballroom (75-100 guests) Venetian Ballroom 1200 sq. ft. Ballroom (40-60 guests) Pool Deck (75-100 guests) There is a $5000 minimum on Saturday nights in the Tuscan Ballroom and on the Pool Deck. The room rental fee is based on a Food & Beverage Sliding Scale and includes: Four hours reserved time (cocktail hour included) Custom-designed room set-up: bar, 60" round tables with chairs, white linen, classic white china, high polished stainless steel flatware, glassware, skirted cake table, skirted guest book table, skirted gift table, cake-cutting services and head table. Staff dressed in formals. Centerpieces of a 12" mirror, a hurricane globe with a taper candle and 4 votive candles can be rented for $20 per centerpiece. Overtime charges are $100 for each additional hour.

Once the space is released from the Sales Department, a $1,000 security deposit is required to secure your function date. A $5000 minimum Food & Beverage purchase is required for Saturday night wedding reception/banquets. Menu Planning Our catering staff will be happy to prepare customized proposals to meet your specific needs. Your menu selections should be submitted at least 2 months prior to your event. Menu changes may be made up to two weeks prior to the event if needed. Due to Health Department regulations, any food or beverages left over after an event shall not leave the function room. Also, no food and beverages are allowed on premises with the exception of wedding cakes. Special Sleeping Room Rate for your Guests Check on group discounted rates on our beautiful one, two, and three bedroom suites (for a block of 10 or more). Rates are based on availability and time of year. Some minimum restrictions may apply. For the Bride and Groom Our bride & groom will receive a complimentary Studio Suite on the night of the wedding, and breakfast for two in ZiZi s or delivered to your Suite. Welcome Gifts Surprise your wedding guests with a specialty gift basket delivered to their suite.

Page 4 Flowers/Arch We want to ensure your centerpieces and floral room accents coordinate with your wedding colors. We have a working relationship with many florists and we will gladly provide you with their information needed to help make your arrangements. Bellasera Arch Rental $150.00. (Does not include flowers for Arch.) Entertainment/ Dance floor We have a working relationship with many entertainers and we will gladly provide you with their information needed to help make your arrangements. Music must be over by 10:00 p.m. on the pool deck and 12:00 a.m. for our indoor locations. Dance Floor Rental $250.00 Decorations/Chair Covers Our talented team of professionals will be happy to assist with your special affair. There may be an additional cost for decorating the room outside normal set-up requirements. The Hotel cannot permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors or ceilings of the rooms with nails, staples, tape or any substance. Any damage incurred will be the responsibility of the person in charge of the event. Outdoor Functions All outdoor functions will have an indoor backup room. The decision regarding the utilization of the indoor backup will be made by 9:00am for Luncheons and by 12:00 noon for Receptions and Dinners. Once the indoor move has been made and agreed upon by you and the Catering Manager, it will be final. Lighting for outdoor functions may be limited. Attendance Guarantees A final guarantee is required on all events, by 12:00 noon, three days prior to your event. This number is not subject to reduction. You will be charged for the guarantee plus any actual attendance that is greater. We will prepare for five percent over your guaranteed figure. Service and Tax Charges A 20% service charge and a 6 % state sales tax will be added to all prices listed herein. Service charge is subject to Florida State sales tax. Payment The estimated cost for your wedding will be due fourteen days prior to the event. Unless specified differently, all balances (meal add-ons, bar bills, etc) will be charged at the conclusion of the event by the credit card received on the contract. Cancellation Policy 0-30 days prior to scheduled event = 100% of anticipated revenue Within 6 months prior to scheduled event = 50% of anticipated revenue 6 months prior to the scheduled event = Forfeiture of deposit
