New User Enrollment Processes for Online Banking Services Temporary Password (To be completed by Penn Liberty Bank) Access the Online banking site at www.pennlibertybank.com TO ENROLL CLICK ENROLL Enter your Login ID (social security # or employer identification #) and your 9 digit temporary password: Click to continue: 1 P a g e
Re-enter your Login ID and Password You will need to receive a secure access code to verify you and your computer. Choose one of the provided delivery options and click submit. DO NOT CLOSE THE PENN LIBERTY BANK WEBSITE. This will deactivate the secure access code. Once you have received your secure access code you will enter it on the screen below and click submit. You will now be given the option to activate your computer for later use. If this is a computer that you use often, you can activate it so you will not have to supply another secure access code. Accept the Terms and Use Agreement: Profile Information appears, click submit. Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Terms and Use Agreement Click OK: You are now prompted to change your password. Your old password will be the 9 digit temporary password given to you on the front page of this packet. Click OK: For security purposes, we suggest changing your login ID from your social security number. Click on the Security option and choose the appropriate tab. You are now successfully enrolled in online banking. The next time you login you will use your new login ID and password. 3 P a g e
How to sign up for estatements: Login to your Online Banking Account Click on estatements You will be prompted to read and accept the ELECTRONIC STATEMENT AMENDMENT TO PENN LIBERTY BANK'S ONLINE INTERNET BANKING AND BILL PAYMENT AGREEMENT that appears. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, verify your email address and click Accept. You have now completed the process to setup estatements. A list of previous estatements will display and are available to view. (Twelve months of history is always available. If you have multiple bank accounts, all accounts will be displayed) 4 P a g e
Recently opened a new account and need to add account to estatements? Login to your Online Banking Account and click on estatements. Now your new account is setup for estatements. How to setup Mobile Banking: Apps available for Apple and Android devices Download the app to your phone by searching for Penn Liberty Bank in the App Store or Google Play Store. Once the app appears on your device, tap and login using your Online Banking User Id and Password. 5 P a g e
How to setup Remote Check Deposit: Service allows you to deposit checks into your account through our mobile app. Login to your Online Banking Account, Click on Mobile Check Deposit View the Terms and Conditions. If you agree, click the box and confirm to enroll Click Submit Request and you are now enrolled The next time you login to your account from the mobile app you are ready to deposit a check. How to setup Text Banking: Quickly access your account balances, no login required. Msg & Data rates may apply. Login to your Online Banking Account, Click on Mobile Next, Click on Text Banking tab, select Enable and authorize button. Add the phone number to receive the SMS Text messages and Agree to Terms of the service. 6 P a g e
Next, you will be prompted to configure your accounts. Click OK. Check accounts you want to Enable and setup a nickname in the Display Name field (four character limit). A welcome text will be sent immediately to your phone. The following text commands are available for text banking: Text Command BAL or BAL <account nickname> HIST <account nickname> XFER <from account nickname> <to account nickname> <amount> LIST HELP STOP Action Receive account balance (If no account nickname is included, the balances of all enabled accounts will be listed) Receive account history Transfer funds between accounts Receive a list of available text commands Receive a list of contact points for information on text banking (for example, your website or phone number) Stop all text messages to the mobile device (for text banking and SMS alerts/notifications) NOTE: Signatures (or any other text such as phone numbers) appended to text messages may cause errors in processing. It is recommended that you disable your automatic signature (or any appended text) when sending text banking commands. Congratulations!
