1. Hosted Exchange Setup To configure Outlook for Hosted Exchange, just three steps are required. Step 1 Please Open Start"-"Control Panel"-"Mail"- Add New Account. If there is no email account opened so far, the auto account setup assistant will be started automatically. Now you are requested to give your personal details. Please enter your login details (email address & password), which were given to you by Infotech. Step 2 Confirm with Next. You see window as follows: Seite 2 von 11

If you confirm the appearing dialog box with Allow, Outlook will carry out all relevant settings automatically. Previously please activate Don t ask me about this website again. Step 3 Again, please enter your Hosted Exchange login details. Finally confirm your settings by clicking on Finish. Seite 3 von 11

Now Infotech Hosted Exchange is ready to use. Open MS Outlook and again, enter your credentials. Seite 4 von 11

2. Usage of Infotech Hosted Exchange Web Access 2.1 Access Open your Browser. At the URL https://email.infotech-services.at/owa you will find Infotech Hosted Exchange. Please enter your login details. You have to change or confirm the language and time zone settings. (Just once) Seite 5 von 11

Now you see the Window stated below: 2.2 Changing Password For changing your password, please click on Options, Seite 6 von 11

Please pick out Change Password.. Change your password for entering Infotech Webmail. To comply with the safety requirements, your new password has to have 7 characters for a minimum and meet three out of four criteria: Capital letter Small letter Number Special character Seite 7 von 11

3. Spamfilter PPM Your Email Account is protected from unsolicited emails by the spamfilter as far as possible. You will be informed about the filtered spam via email every day. However, it is possible that also relevant emails are repressed. Therefore you have the possibility to customize the spam filter to meet your requirements, for example to classify senders as safe or delegate the management of your spam mails to other persons. 3.1 Access Your login details for MIMEsweeper PPM spamfilter will be sent to your email account. To manage your spam mails, please use the link below password. Now enter your Email address and password. If you don t know your password anymore, request a new one. It will be sent to your email account. You can change this new password after signing in [menu item Options ]. Seite 8 von 11

3.2 How to manage Messages After selecting My Messages your spam emails are listed. Now you can choose single messages to delete or to classify them as safe. In case of unblocking, you have the option to add the sender to your personal safe list. After that time emails from these senders will not be classified as spam any more. Seite 9 von 11

3.3 How to delegate Messages By entering the menu item Options you have the possibility to delegate the administration of your spam emails to another address. This might be useful, if you have more than one email account available and would like to centralize your spam management. For this purpose pick out yes I want to delegate to email address and enter the corresponding email address correctly. Additionally, you can see which email addresses are delegated to you. Within the menu item delegated messages you can now manage these messages. Seite 10 von 11
