It s a differentiator and the catalyst to fulfilling a vision. Overview of the Program We specialize in supporting people as they transition from individual contributor to supervisor, and from supervisor to department leader challenging and critical milestones in one s career. Regular scheduled courses build upon the fundamentals of effective leadership and allow participants to debrief about lessons learned. Format Customize a series of manager training courses specific to your organization s needs and objectives. Courses range in length from 2-4 hours and are conducted at your workplace by experienced facilitators who work with a variety of businesses on a daily basis and can offer real-world examples and guidance.

Leadership Development Program 3 Objectives Courses are focused around equipping participants with knowledge, resources and tools to expand their leadership competencies and to ensure employment decisions are consistent with organizational values and compliance requirements.
